Honestly it looks like it could be just a little stress. Probably from the HST of the topping. Overall, the plant looks very healthy so you shouldn’t worry too much.

My GoPro has an anti flicker setting. It’s under settings, general then anti flicker.
You can also try increasing your shutter speed. We had to get high end studio lights at work to avoide having flicker but I doubt our grow lights are as sophisticated.
