I potted my clones last week. All seemed to be fine the first few days. I then noticed leaves wilting. I changed out my water and nutrients. A couple days go by, not better, leaves fading. Start questioning my watering cycle. Spent 3 or 4 days messing with that with no positive results before I finally realized the problem. The new coco fiber medium isn’t draining as it should, so I repot with additional perlite. Still not draining…. Finally changed out to different bags and whole new brand of coco perlite mix. The plants finally seem to be responding. Fingers crossed!

The new coco coir mix was the answer. Plants responded over night with new growth following soon after. Changed out hydro tank water and upped nutrients to medium feed week three schedule. Also added additionaphosphates/pot ash to try and help green up the stems. Light still at 50%. Probably veg a little longer to ensure the plants are good and healthy.

The plants stopped adding height and are maturing nicely. Saw a little mildew on a few leaves after a week long absence. Humidity was at 60% when we arrived home. I need to deal with that before another extended absence. Sprayed with neem oil. All looks good. General Hydroponics Flora series med feed bloom wk 4

Short semi bushy plant. Didn’t produce as expected and not a fan of the taste. I vaporize my flower so taste is important. I will pprobably steer clear of this one in the future.

Another short plant. Not a big producer. Buds turned out ok. Fairly dense with good flavor.

This particular strain a was the star of the grow. 2 plants yielded over 6 ozs. Really nice, compact buds with beautiful colors and a spicey taste. My fav of the grow.

A nice easy grow. No pests or disease to worry about. I did expect a little more weight just from my past grows, but I am very happy with the results.

Lookin good! Question, how big is your res, and do you top off with nutes or drain and refill? Also, how often do you clean the air stones and pumps?

@Tylerjc713, I use a large Tupperware type res. I don’t know max capacity. I just filled with 25 gallons and marked a line. I don’t top off nutes in between drains. I drain my res every 7 days and add new nutrients. I grow in coco coir so I don’t have to clean stones. I clean my pump when I drain every 7 days.
the end.
