First of all we want to say thanks to beleaf germany, we won in his giveway and are very happy to try the Chimera #2 S1
As usual we germinated directly in jiffys and set them into light mix on 31.08.2024
she germinated after 2 days. Unfortunatly she grew up very fast and very high, we think we have to give her some stams to hold her a little bit.
We already started fertilizing with crazyhills nutrients
there was to less light for 2 days… but not problem we can prick her
led further away and a few sticks to support her, now she's doing great...
11 days after putting the seed in the soil we repot her in the final 14l pot and the other ladies as well.
we prick them out, so they are planted much deeper, more roots will form on the stem and they will stop shooting upwards.
She was moved to another tent with a different light. Since then she has had some nutrient problems, probably a surplus, as the light is now much stronger. We think she will grow out of it quickly.
The chimera developed splendidly despite the excess nutrients, it literally soaked up the nutrients and grew twice or three times as tall as its neighbours.
We topped on day 33 and now all the energy is going into the flower stems. She is doing very well since them. Soon its time to switch to 12/12 lighcycle
Note the monster leaves, we've never seen anything like them before
we will definetly cut some clones
On day 38, we topped the top shoots of the chimera again because she is getting way to gig already. Then, after 40 days in the vegetation phase, we sent them into flowering.
From now on 12/12h Day-nightcycle
We cut some Clones at day 47 because we had to wait until our clonex arrives.
The chimera has grown extremely large. It has perfect internodal spacing so that the light can penetrate deep into the plant. Now the flowering starts, we increase the addition of Prosper the flowering fertiliser.
