Yooo everyone! 🌱
The journey begins again! I germinated 2 seeds using the cotton pad method in a ziplock food bag, and within 48 hours, they were ready to be potted. Now they’re in solo cups and just popped through the soil—only 2 days later! 🙌
I did accidentally snap the taproot on one of them, but I’m happy to report it still came through strong! I’ll be back with an update for Day 1 of Week 1 of veg to show their progress.
Let’s grow! 💚✨
🌱 Week 2, Day 2 of veg! The plants are looking happy and healthy overall. The one with the snapped taproot is catching up slowly and seems to be growing fairly well. I’m currently feeding them 300 ppm at a pH of 5.8, and they’re getting about 300-350 PPFD of light. Excited to see how they progress!
Hey everyone! Quick update on the grow. We're officially in week 3, day 2 of veg, and so far, everything’s looking pretty solid. I’ve noticed a bit of slight nutrient burn starting to show on the edges of the leaves, so I’ll need to monitor that. Nothing too serious yet, but I’ll be keeping an eye on it and adjusting if needed.
Today I did a little more defoliation to help open up the canopy, and I also topped both plants to encourage some more lateral growth. After topping, I finished off the training with some LST (low stress training) to spread the canopy out and give the lower shoots a chance to catch up. I’m aiming for an even canopy spread, so this should help with that.
I gave them a full watering with 3L of pH’d water at 5.8 and 400ppms going in. However, the runoff came out higher than I wanted again, Looks like next feed will be just plain pH’d water to try and bring those numbers down a bit, similar to my last run
Everything’s moving in the right direction, though, so I’m feeling good. Looking forward to seeing how they develop in the next week!
Thanks for following along, and feel free to drop any tips or suggestions!
Happy growing! ✌️🌱
Grow Diary Update: Week 4, Day 2 🌱
Everything is going great today! The plants are really starting to take off, and the canopy is coming along nicely with the LST (Low Stress Training) and topping I’ve been doing. I did have to flush the other day because the PPMS were way too high for this stage, but that’s all sorted now—running at 438 PPMS on the way out, so they're much happier now. 😊
Looking at flipping to flower by the end of Week 5, maybe Week 6 at the latest. The plants are getting no more than 500 PPFD right now, typically hanging around the high 400s, which seems to be working well for them at this stage. In a couple of days, I’ll be increasing the light intensity and boosting up my feed to prepare them for the transition to flower. 🌸
Overall, they’re on track and looking strong. Can’t wait to see how they develop over the next couple of weeks! ✌️
🌱 Week 5, Day 1 – Veg Update 🌱
Hey everyone! We’re officially on Week 5, Day 1 of the veg cycle, and everything is looking fantastic so far! The plants are healthy, vibrant, and showing some solid growth, which has me excited to flip them into flower soon—maybe at the start of Week 6, but I’m taking it day by day.
That said, I have noticed a bit of nutrient burn creeping in, which is a little strange considering the PPMS are sitting at just 450 ppm. The PPFD output is also where it should be, so I’m thinking it could be a minor fluctuation in nutrient uptake or possibly slight environmental factors playing a role.
To be cautious, I’ve dialed back the feeding a bit to see if that helps. I'll give it a couple of days and keep a close eye on them. The goal is to give them a solid week of recovery before we hit the next big step.
Once we hit that one-week mark, it’s time for a deep, heavy lollipop and some defoliation to really clear out the lower growth, ensuring all energy is focused on the top colas. After that, we’ll flip them into flower and get that SCROG net in place. Things are about to get real! Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to flowering! 🌸
Today marks the start of Week 6, Day 2 for the grow, and I’ve got a few updates. The PPMS aren’t quite where I want them after the last couple of feeds, so I’ll be continuing with higher feeds to bring those levels back up. It’s a bit of a balancing act, but I’m staying on top of it.
I also made the decision to flip the light schedule from 16/8 to 12/12 today to initiate the flowering phase. I’m excited to see the plants start stretching and showing their full potential. It’s a big step, and I’m feeling good about the direction things are heading.
Happy growing! 🌱💡🌿
🌱 Day 4 of Flowering 🌸
We're officially on Day 4 of the flowering stage, and things are starting to get exciting! 🌿 The plants are beginning to show their true potential as the buds start to develop and stretch out. The pistils are starting to form, and I can already see the early signs of the flowers taking shape.
At this stage, it’s all about ensuring they’re getting the right amount of light, nutrients, and airflow. We’re keeping a close eye on the environment to make sure everything stays optimal for healthy growth. 💡🌬️
Can’t wait to see how these beauties progress over the next few weeks! Stay tuned for more updates! 👀

🌱 Day 14 of Flowering (End of Week 2) 🌸
We’ve reached the end of Week 2 of the flowering stage, and things are really starting to take shape! 🌿 The plants are stretching beautifully, creating space for those buds to develop. Pistils are becoming more pronounced, and you can truly see the early structure of the flowers forming.
At this stage, it’s crucial to maintain a consistent environment. We’re dialing in the perfect balance of light, nutrients, and humidity to support optimal growth. 💡💧 Airflow is also key, ensuring those developing buds stay healthy and strong. 🌬️
The anticipation is building as the plants hit their stride. Week 3 is just around the corner, and we can’t wait to see the next phase of progress! Stay tuned for more updates as we journey further into the flowering stage. 👀

🌱 Day 1 of Week 3 Flowering 🌸
Week 3 of flowering has officially begun, and everything is going great! 🌿 The plants are hitting their stride, and the early bud development from last week is starting to pick up momentum. Pistils are becoming more prominent, and you can see the flowers beginning to take shape—it’s a beautiful transformation.
Maintaining a consistent environment remains a top priority. Light levels are steady, nutrients are dialed in, and humidity is staying in the optimal range to support healthy growth. 💡💧 Airflow is spot-on, keeping the canopy fresh and ensuring no excess moisture builds up around those forming buds. 🌬️
The plants are strong, vibrant, and progressing exactly as they should at this stage. It’s exciting to think about how much they’ll develop in the coming days as we move deeper into the flowering stage. Stay tuned for more updates as these beauties continue their journey! 👀

🌱 Grow Diary Update 🌸
Welcome to Week 4, Day 1 of flower! 🌼 Everything is progressing beautifully, and my plants are thriving. Here's a little recap of the journey so far:
✨ Defoliation Milestones:
Before flipping to flower, I gave her a careful defoliation to set the stage for a smooth transition.
On Day 8 of flower, I did a light defol to improve airflow and light penetration.
On Day 21 of flower, I performed a more thorough defol to help the buds get all the light they deserve and maintain that perfect balance. 🌿
So far, the flowers are stacking up beautifully, and I'm super excited to see how they continue to bulk up. Everything’s on track for an amazing harvest! Stay tuned for more updates! 🌟
🌱 Grow Diary Update 🌸
What’s up! It’s Week 5, Day 2 of flower, and the girls are looking super happy. 🌿
I had a little hiccup earlier in the week—PPMs started getting a bit high, so I had to hit them with some plain pH’d water to level things out. 💧 Now they’re back on track and coming out at a nice 900ppm. Smooth sailing again! 😌
The room’s starting to smell amazing, and these buds are getting crazy sticky!
🌱 Grow Diary Update 🌸
What’s up! It’s Week 7, Day 1 of flower, and the girls are keeping me on my toes. 🌿
After getting the PPMs back in range last time, they’ve crept up again, so it’s flush time once more. 💧 I think letting the coco dry out too much between waterings might’ve been the culprit. Lesson learned—keeping a closer eye on that from now on!
Besides that little hiccup, everything’s looking good. These buds are getting juicier and stinkier by the day, and there’s no serious nutrient burn, so we’re still in the clear. 🙌
Wish me luck as I ride out these last couple of weeks—hoping to finish strong! 🍀
Catch you in the next update! 💚
Day 7, Week 7 – Flowering 🌸
It’s Day 7 of Week 7, and everything is on track! The buds are swelling nicely, and the trichomes are glistening under the lights. The grow room has that classic dank aroma, and it’s getting stronger by the day.
I’m keeping an eye on the trichomes as chop day gets closer – I can’t wait! Almost there! 🌿✨
Day 58 of flower, and I've officially started the flush! Overall, I'm really happy with how things are looking, but I’m a bit gutted about all the larf below that isn’t getting good light. A lot of the lower growth is going to end up as cookies, but it’s a lesson learned! Next time, I’ll be more aggressive with removing small, weak branches and focusing on the main colas. I’m also planning to flip around day 40 of veg while they’re still small since this Gorilla Glue stretches like crazy once it hits flower, Excited to see how these buds ripen over the next week and the colors they bring!
The plant was harvested on day 67 of flower and is now hanging up to dry. I've got the drying environment set at around 58-60% humidity with a temperature range of 15-19°C. Hoping for a nice slow dry to preserve those terps! 👃💨 Will update once it's ready for the next step. Stay tuned! 🚀
