Stopped putting nutrients in the water I added bicarbonate de soude to get rid of the mold The mold was caused by too much humidity which is a problem I fixed by adding a dehumidifier Some of the plants are dead and algae is growing on the roots I'm afraid I'll have to trash this first grow :/ Will start another one with more experience ^^

Yeah. The CCT (red vs blue etc) of light does have a measurable impact but it's tiny. I have half my room under 2900K and half under 3300k. This will not turn a lanky plant bushy nor a bushy plant lanky. It will have tiny effects on each and everything between. I still can't tell any difference. I position plants based on height and the 2" slant in my platform. The lanky plants come out lanky no matter what light is above them. Just because there is a statistically significant difference doesn't mean it is a big difference. DLI is far more important to the outcome than cool ( more blue) vs warm (more red) light. Most growlights are white light.. even the 2900k is technically 'white' light. It's better than blurple or red only for sure.

Some of my leaves and stems have white sediments forming on them inside my aeroponic tower, is this ok ? what could be causing it ?

definitely WPM. If it is that bad at this point, throw it out. your environment is probably at fault... hitting dewpoint or maybe foliar sprays etc.. don't want consistently wet plants.

Hey brother I love your style. That tower step is cool. The towers you can buy at the store cost as much as a car lol. just stopping by to offer some unsolicited advice. I think you had a couple basic things go wrong here that are easily fixed for your next grow. 1st, cover everything with reflective material. Consider printing in black material and then painting it white. Then you block out light and reflect. Rockwool holds a lot of moisture. If you use it for aero you have to use really long timing gaps. Its also prone to growing algae on top as you have experienced because it is almost always moist. I just use neoprene collars (typical aero plugs). Next, your grow container needs a pretty good seal. Not airtight, but not wide open. Not only does it expose to the light, but also creates additional humidity in the room very fast. I would build the chamber a bit bigger too, at a certain point your roots will engulf the whole chamber and not get optimal spray. It will still be good, but not great. plants will start fighting for root space as well. That's why you see a lot of these slim tower grows with small veg plants like lettuce. Anyways, you really had it going on until you ran into the light and root issues. This is 100% typical for new hydro growers. I've destroyed several grows in the past, don't be discouraged. Hope to see you knock it out on round 2. Let me know if you have any questions.
