King_of_Autos Every beginning is exciting

King_of_Autos Ahoy, since it can't be specified anymore: We use Bio-Tabs products, specifically the only water method: 50L Plagron-Batmix, no, we don't take Lightmix, about 12L Perlite, 250g Startrex, 250g Silicium, and mix everything together, fill the pot, we now use 25L pots because some little rascals find 15L too small, create a planting hole, put in 5g Mycotrex, place the seedling in and water with Bactrex _Water mixture about 0.7L... done! We had difficulties with germination... 2 out of 15 seeds, threw away 13, then 1 out of 10 seeds, rest thrown away... then thought... what was that about? 25 degrees in the tent, let them germinate in the dark, small greenhouse... but somehow the 25 degrees (outside the temperature is now below 10 degrees) felt strange... memories of the 90s came back, when we used to let them germinate on top of the fluorescent fixtures; the LED lights feel similar in warmth... so we quickly took 6 seeds, put them in 6 of those coconut blocks and lo and behold, after 3 days 6 little soldiers. :))) Now we have 9 little rascals, as shown in the pictures above, side by side in these stages. We will keep 6 of them. In this round, we will incorporate our previous experiences; let's see where this leads. Contrary to the Bio-Tabs guideline, we check the pH value. The past has shown that with the start of flowering, the plants all turned yellow very quickly and had a Calmag problem. A stable pH value of 6.3 has solved these problems, and we also noticed that the top 6 cm of the soil tends to dry out. We simply counteract this by watering from the top when it gets too dry. We do this either with clear water pH 6.3; you can wonderfully use the end of the Auto-Pot hose to water; or if the plant actually needs a Calmag deficiency or more phosphorus, with a corresponding mixture. That's it!

King_of_Autos Growth, as it goes. In hindsight, we realized we had used too much light. Contrary to our knowledge that plants can't handle too much light after the second leaf pair is fully developed, we were taught otherwise. Too much light disrupts chlorophyll production and can lead to yellow leaves, which can already be seen here in a slight hint. We've corrected the light levels for the future and are curious to see how the plants will develop. Since we aim to improve conditions and enhancements in the top 10% of possible results, we're excited. Otherwise, the plants are manually watered until week 3 or 4, as they only need a little water and can go a long way with that... the biggest ones up top just received a "full load" for the first time today, meaning I watered the entire soil for the first time; it can definitely hold about 5 liters before it starts to run out from the bottom, and now the plants will really kick into gear, the following days will show...

King_of_Autos Only clear water with the right pH value. 6.5 is great. Everything is healthy and lively... We're following the above cultivation plan for autoflower from 42 Buds, it works :)

King_of_Autos Yesterday I mixed 40ml of Banana PK from Biotabs into 3 liters and gave each plant this dose.... The rest is beyond words!
