This 24 Carat started drooping around day 24 and seemingly hasn't recovered since then. I'm on day 31 now. I let it go 4 days without water and this morning the soil seemed really dry pretty far down and the pot was light. I watered 1.5 liters this morning and saw no improvement.

No, you're EC is spiking with the dryback and this is nitrogen toxicity ... flush with water and the next dryback should improve
