Blueberry Auto - Afghan Kush Auto - FastBuds

Welcome to Week 1! On Day 1 after breakthrough, they both got 300 ml water each close to the plant, amended with 4ml/L of Rootjuice and 2 ml/L of Activera, both BioBizz. On Day 4 after breakthrough, they both got 500 ml water each, close and a bit spread out, same dosage of nutes. In my last grow i used 2ml/L of rootjuice but biobizz upped the dosage on the schedule so i thought why not try it out. They receive around 300 ppfd of light, 18 hours a day, ~20 DLI Temps are a bit low for my taste but its winter here and my SO likes to keep the window open, much to not only my plants dismay, but mine too lol. Didnt measure height cause i filled up a bit of soil after their initial little germ stretch Ill post the timelapse and some more pics at the end of this week. 24/11 Starting off Week 2, they have finally found the gas pedal and are stepping on it! I Added a bowl of water to increase humidity and toned down my exhaust a notch, didnt think it would help that much, but boy it did help! Tent is sitting at 60-65%, at Plant Level its around 70%. Up from 45-55% which i guess definitely helps the little ones. Also increased ppfd to 350 by bringing the light a tad closer. Watering hasnt happened yet, soil still wet, will probably happen on 25 or 26. Will also start giving BioBizz BioGrow by then, though probably starting with 1ml/L instead of 2. Rootjuice and Activera will stay the same. lets see though! 25/11 Watered with 1L per plant, added 1ml/L BioGrow to ease them into the coming abuse. i ordered microbes just to give it a shot, will add them with the next watering. 27/11 Photoshooting! im happy with the growrate now. they had a slow start (or maybe im just spoiled by the banana purple punches, which i topped on day 12 lol) but theyre picking up the pace now. 29/11 Added Timelapse. 30/11: Off with their heads! on Day 15, i deemed both of them worthy of topping. Lets see how they take it! Watered them with 1L beforehand, 4ml/L rootjuice, 2ml/L Grow and activera, and 0,4g/L of microbes. 4/12: Training time! Stakes are in, canopy looks nice and even (enough) for me! Probably watering tomorrow on the 5th as the soil is still a bit too damp and the pots still a bit too heavy for my liking. Grow rate has drastically increased, they look nice and green, and topping hasnt stunted them. Cant wait for the coming weeks! 6/12: its the 6th now and i havent watered yet! overdone it on the 30/11 maybe. Oh well! theyre doing reasonably fine. Added timelapse. See you next week!

07/12 Ding Ding! Starting week 4 by watering 1.5L after 7 Days. The 1 Liter from week 3 really did a number on them. Theyre still growing fine! The Afghan Kush got stripped naked and bent over. The Blueberry is a tad behind, im just gonna let her ride a bit, see where we go from here. LST got adjusted for both of them. Light is also up to 20/4 with roughly same DLI Watered with 1,5L, 2 ml/L rootjuice, letting it fade out, probably giving one more time next watering then stopping. Activera and grow stayed the same at 2 ml/L, microbes again at 0.4g/l. Starterleaves removed from both plants. More pics to come the following days! 13/12 After the week: Didnt get around to edit, also due to the fact that my raspberry pi was acting up which took me a good 12 solid hours to fix (i say fix, what ended up happening was i wiped the SD card and set everything up again lol) Blueberry is growing nice and bushy, but i left her mostly alone. Afghan Kush is doing fine as well, though she skinny. Both are growing steadily but compared to my last run, they slow. Im still happy so far! Removed some inward facing stems on both plants. Also, both are confirmed to be female. Added timelapse, and see you all next week when we probably head into flower!

13/12 in week 5 i started by adjusting LST mainly on the Blueberry a bit since she was getting real bushy. I will probably defoliate at least the first pair of leaves. the others i try tucking away but they keep overshadowing the two lower main nodes. Blueberry really started drinking now, her pot is getting really light. Afghan kush not so much, she is still sipping on the last watering. I hope Afghan Kush ramps up overnight by some miracle cause i really like to always water them both at the same time, rather than having to prepare nutes twice and them being on a different watering schedule. but oh well! Blueberry will get her dose tomorrow, we will se about the afghan. Not much happened until now, they slowly begin their stretch now. maybe we will see some proper early flowers by the end of this week! Judging by their grow rate, im guessing they will take their sweet time, 12-14 weeks or something. Which sucks cause i got brand new air pots i want to try! but you cant win every gamble with autos. 14/12 Watered them with 2 Liters after 7 Day Break. Blueberry picked up the pace, Afghan was "dry enough". Ususal nutrients, added some minor calmag as prevention for any future deficiencies. 18/12 Watered Blueberry with 2L, 2ml/l Grow, Activera and Rootjuice, and 0.2g/l Microbes. Defoliated both of them pretty good. Afghan is skipping watering until 20/12, which will be week 6, she is still a tad too heavy for my likings. 19/12 just some minor leaf tucking and defoliation of the lowest leaves on the afghan. Watering will still take place on 20/12. Will add timelapse for this week tomorrow!

Starting week 6 off with a watering of 2,5L, still only grow, bit of rootjuice to fade it out, and activera. No Calmag and a lower dose of microbes - though the Afghan Kush shows signs of a very early calmag def, so ill add some next time again to be on the safe side. Also, Flowering is underway!!! Will introduce flower ferts for the next watering with both. Also, watering both at different days now - the blueberry drinks way more than the afghan. Today on 22/12 was the last training and HEAVY defoliation session for the blueberry - she was growing reeeeal bushy and has tight internodial spaces. Getting her ready nice and sexy for her flowering look! The afghan kush not so much, i sparingly LSTd her but she is growing just "how i like her". Not much training needed in my eyes. The blueberry had overlapping leaves and flower stems. Also changed the light cycle back to 18/6 on 25/12 watered both with 2,5L, phased out rootjuice for good, added flowering ferts and 0,5ml/L of calmag. i have to ramp up the dose to 0,8 or even 1ml/L next time, since both are showing deficencies of what i would attribute to calmag. Grow rate is good, buds are really starting to form. See you next week!

Happy belated new years! Work and Holidays have taken a toll not only on me but the plants as well. Sadly, i didnt take any pictures. Also, Afghan Kush is yellowing quite a bit and showing signs of calmag def, while the blueberry just now started showing signs of a developed Phosphor def. We will try and tackle those problems in week 8, where ill also add more pics again. Im putting those issues in relation to me overwatering the shit out of them in the first couple of weeks and also by trying to delay adding flower nutes and not adding preventive calmag, which ill probably do from now on, since my previos run also showed some minor calmag problems, but nothing as drastic as this now. other than that, theyre growing, and the afghan kush is putting on some mass. Trouble in Paradise! Both experiencing all kinds of trouble. BUT theyre growing and swelling! I put the blame solely on me, i overwatered in the early weeks and really havent had much time to take care of them in time. Also started flowering nutes way too late. Im happy with both of their forms though! small and bushy, thats how i like them. Sad that the deficiencies had to happen, but oh well, theyre gonna pull through i hope! i downed water to 2L from 2.5L just because it takes really low for them to dry out in between and i wanna get fresh batches of nutes in more often. 2L is also enough to get a tiny bit of runoff so no dry spots or anything. Will see how they like it! due to deficiencies, i skipped giving them 2ml/L of bloom and went straight to 3, also added a good dose of calmag. Didnt defoliate besides really effed-up leaves. In this week, i defoliated most of the (very) sick leaves on both plants. Afghan Kush is really bushy, Blueberry not so much, she skinny. Both smell absolutely great. Both continue to sweel and grow. We are now, same as in the BPP diary, in what i call the "mostly boring" state. its nice to see the visual changes in the timelapse, but other than that, not much to do besides water them. Both have discontinued to show any new or lets say worse signs of any deficiencies, there are now some overfeeding signs but i rather have that then them trying to creep by. Watering reduced to 2.2L for each to account for them taking to long to dry out. Roots are STACKED, the soil is almost solid by them. Next grow will be in airpots since i also expect root issues here(ringroots or the like, maybe damage due to overwatering in like week 3/4). Timelapse i will add tomorrow. Welcome to week 10! First Time checking trichomes this week but were still far off (~3-4 weeks+). Deficencies are officially under control, theyre not getting any worse by now. Ramped up nutes, next watering will also be 4ml/l of bloom instead of 3. They really started to swell and build mass by now. Despite all the issues in the beginning, im happy with how they look now and i learnt a lot. well, i say lot, mainly just "dont overwater" lol. Didnt defoliate, just watering and checking on them. They smell really good and kinda strong, not overwhelming yet but im 1 inch away from giving them the "strong" here on growdiaries. Timelapse again at the end of the week.

Week 11 is here early this time, as i did some stacking stuff in photoshop today! Watered the Afghan with 2,3 Liters, ramped up the dosage to final. The smell also now i comfortably classify as "strong". They smell really good! More updates and pics at the end of this week. Im starting to check trichomes, feeling wise i'd give the blueberry 1-2 more weeks, the afghan kush is probably at least 2 more. still lots of clear trichomes on both of them though. given that they were a lot slower than my previos run in everything, i also wouldnt be surprised if we take it to 3+ weeks on both. Sadly, the blueberry is already starting to swell a bit, but all the flowers are still really really small. Week 12 - Harvest approaching, maybe 1 more week on the Blueberry, and 2 something on the afghan. Finish line in sight! Starting this week off with some trichome shots - sadly, i had the exposure time set too high so theyre all a bit bright. Will just add the few good ones and so some better ones on the weekend. The Blueberry i defoliated one last time (for real this time) with the last watering. nutes stay the same. 01/02 LOTS of pictures! Blueberry is getting chopped soon.

First off: Week 12+13 i f*ed up here in Growdiaries. So pics from week 12 will appear in week 13. Sorry! Just watering left for the Afghan Kush. Toned down acti-vera a bit, rest is on full blast. She's doing great, she also had some deficiency problems, mostly calmag and what i think some N mixed in there due to yellowing the the early flower weeks, but she has some nice, fat and juicy looking buds with lots of snow. Depending on how fast the trichomes develop, im aiming for a harvest on the weekend. She's definitely starting to amber up, though i still see lots of clear trichomes in between the milky and amber ones. The BPP from the run before i harvested "early", and i really enjoy the high it gives, the Blueberry, the Afghan's Sister plant i harvested "late" in terms of trichomes development, had lots of amber ones in there. I'll either harvest her on the weekend or let her rip to lots of amber. MAYBE that even coincides, who knows! In the last 3 days she did lots of development and today she got another full dosage of nutes. We weill see! 06/02 massive photo dump for the afghan! Harvesting soon, probably 3-7 Days now if i had to guess! 07/02 Last days in paradise, as there are new kids on the block!

Afghan still going, blueberry harvested! Hanging to dry currently. Will edit this post after theyre in the bags to cure and i can also tell a dry weight. right now its anyones guess! shes very small, but very bushy.
