Sorry for delayed updates, this being my second grow I’m finding myself much more relaxed. I’m not checking the tent 5+ times a day, I just let the plants get on with it.
Trying hard to not overwater, maybe once every 3 days. Using minimal nutrients as other diaries show me blackberry from fastbuds is sensitive to nutes.
The beginning of this grow was hindered by humidity issues. Shortly after my last update (2 weeks ago) these tiny autoflowers entered flower. A little frustrating, but it would be great to see them shoot up in size,
Attempted LST for the first time, no idea if I’m doing it right but I’ve exposed a lower bud site to light, so it should work. Do I keep bending the plant whenever possible? I was surprised at how well a plant took to being abused like that.
Completely forgot to change light spectrum to ‘veg’ when I added the photos to the tent a couple of weeks ago, so that was only done yesterday. Will this hinder growth in autos?
Until next time...
@Fast_Buds,common deficiencies, sensitivities, resistances. Do they respond well to topping etc?
At some point they’ll likely move to 12/12 because I’ll be adding some photoperiods to the tent. Unless you wanted to send me more autos that is 😂
I had Calmag deficiency on my previous auto LSD-25 grow which stunted her growth. This time I'm growing auto Blackberries but mixed in some Dolomite lime to the soil and increased CalMag dosage to feed. So far so good at week4. These auto strains need the added CalMag. Good luck and happy growing!
@Short_N_stockY, I’ve been adding CalMag directly to feed as well as foliage spraying on, so it’s definitely not a CalMag issue - I learnt my mistake from my first grow, thinking I can get by without CalMag. Oh well, they’re too far into flower to actually grow at this point I think.
My next fastbuds grow will be Sea of Green 6-8 seeds of lemon ak
