cheech87 The Haze x Kali China from ACE Seeds has a longer flowering time, ranging between 14 and 16 weeks depending on the phenotype.
However, the long flowering time is more than compensated for by the quality of the buds: they are rich in resin, offer complex aromas, and provide an intense effect. This strain is particularly suited for experienced growers who are patient and value exceptional end quality.

cheech87 Everything has been running smoothly as usual at Ace Seeds; I've never had a seed that didn't germinate.
So far, everything is going well. Let's see how it develops further. Up to now, it's showing impressively fast growth under the 10-watt lamp.

cheech87 I gave her a 5-liter pot today and will keep her in it until flowering starts, as she could otherwise get very big, which I want to avoid. My goal is to get through this run without any issues. She has a flowering time of 16 weeks, so it won't be easy.
If I manage that, I will tackle my actual goal: growing the Original 90 Haze from MadMac's MagicSeeds. You can't get more Sativa than that 😈 180 days of flowering.

cheech87 The plant was topped and transplanted into a 5-liter pot. I used a Light-Mix from BioBizz, which I mixed with Startrex. I sprinkled Mycotrex in the planting hole and then watered with a solution of Bactrex, Orgatrex, and water with a pH of 6.5. Additionally, I added a Bio-Tab for nutrient supply. It's now in the flowering tent and is developing wonderfully.

cheech87 She is very diligent in growth and seems to be developing splendidly in the 5-liter pot with the Biotabs program. The plant has a beautiful light green color, really a nice sight without any deficiencies or excess. So far, I've never had problems during growth; they usually only occur starting from the third week of flowering. Let's see how it goes with the Biotabs. Many people say it works particularly well with Sativas. I've seen it myself, just never tried it myself. So I'm very curious to see how I manage it.

cheech87 I think I can say now that she's in the flowering stage. Right now, she's putting on an impressive growth and slowly but surely taking over the entire tent. Her four branches are stretching out from the center to all corners. Well, to be honest, I may have gone a bit overboard in the tent and I won't be removing any plants until they are harvested. Will this work out? No idea. 😅🤣🤣
But she seems to be doing very well so far. She's currently in a 5-liter pot with BioBizz Light-Mix. As soon as one plant comes out of the tent, she'll get a bigger pot, 25 liters of Light-Mix from BioBizz, mixed with some dolomite lime. After that, I'll continue with the BioTabs program.

Week 6. Flowering

cheech87 She's slowly calming down. If she doesn't stretch so much now and takes a little break, she'll get her final pot, either 15L or 20L, we'll see. Of course, I'll continue with the Biotabs program.
I noticed some slight yellowing of the leaves, so I prepared a mix with 1g Bactrex per liter and 5ml Orgatrex per liter. I only gave the plant 500ml of that, as recommended. Now I hope she continues to develop well.
The plant has beautiful leaves and more of the structure of Purple Haze than Kali China. In this cross, she's referred to as Haze because she doesn't always develop the typical purple color. That's why her name only includes Haze x Kali China.

cheech87 So, this is where it gets tricky again. Anyway, let's see how far we get. I've now transplanted her into a 25-liter pot and hope she recovers. However, I think I'm facing the usual problem again.
The watering isn't always optimal since I only have a few minutes once a day and can only water once daily. That could explain why there's over or underwatering. For the next grow, I'm considering switching to an Autopot system to make the watering more even and reliable. I hope this will help me manage the problem better since the pH and EC values are usually good otherwise.

cheech87 I’ve now lightly fertilized them with BioTabs PK. Let’s see if that was what they were missing. I hardly think they’re over-fertilized, but we’ll find out. In the larger pot, watering seems to be working well, at least from my perspective.
So far, I don’t see any improvement, but it hasn’t gotten worse either. Let’s see how they develop further.

cheech87 I'm really glad that I managed to get the yellowish look of the plant under control. The PK from Biotabs seems to have helped a lot, and I'm extremely satisfied with the result. I will now strictly follow the watering plan.
The plant is a bit at its limit, which is why the tips are slightly burnt, but overall it looks very good. The trichomes are already starting to appear, and the scent is promising: a hazy aroma with notes of sandalwood and leather, rounded off with a slightly peppery, sweet nuance.

cheech87 Everything is going well here again. The plant is at its limit, as shown by the slightly burned tips, but otherwise, there are no problems. It emits an intense, woody-leathery scent with a sweet note, a very promising aroma for me. The buds also look excellent and are developing beautifully.
I would love to show the whole plant, but it's growing in all directions and stretching over the others.

cheech87 The buds are developing more and more awesome terpenes, I'm so excited! Woody with notes of red wine, very special. They're getting denser and fatter, and you can see some nice foxtailing.

Week 12. Flowering

cheech87 The buds are getting more potent, the structure looks very hazy, but the plant has lost some vitality this week. Just to be safe, I lightly fertilized with 5-8 PK from Biotabs.
The smell reminds me of red wine barrels, woody with a slightly bitter sharpness, similar to red wine. I'm curious to see how the terpenes develop and whether the plant stays healthy.

cheech87 Here’s my Haze x Kali China, I find her more beautiful every day. Even though she doesn't look as healthy anymore, she has fat buds with a special aroma, sandalwood with strong red wine notes, so really something special. The buds are increasingly taking on their beautiful Sativa shape, and for such plants, I can highly recommend Biotabs. Since I don't have much time for my plants, everything went smoothly with Biotabs, and that's despite this strain being quite demanding and not easy to grow. I'm excited about the taste and the high of this strain, but she'll stay for a few more weeks since she's not ripe yet.

Week 14. Flowering

cheech87 From the trichomes, it looks like she will be ready this week. On the buds, not on the sugar leaves, there are already amber trichomes visible. Many are milky, some still clear. I will keep an eye on it, as I definitely don't want her to become too narcotic. The smell is strongly woody with notes of red wine, and the buds show a slight purple coloration.
She had to cut them, she made a few bananas and doesn't want to risk pollination. The trichomes are a mix of clear, milky, and amber, not optimal, but enough for a good high. The smell is very pungent like red wine, no longer so woody. In the background, there is something very fresh, sour, that I can't quite place. I've never smelled anything like this in cannabis, so it's something very special. I will make another report when I have smoked them.

@Mia_BIOTABS, I can say I am happy because it’s a difficult strain, but with your nutrients, it’s been very easy. So, for me, you’ve earned my vote, and I’ve already done it. 🙌 I’ve also shared my grow using your products on icmag.com
And I also like your strains from Super Sativa Seed Club 🙌🙌
Thanks, that's nice of you!
You could try just one and grow a few faster strains alongside it, that's how I do it, and it makes the waiting much easier. If it were the only one, I would die of boredom! 😂😂
ok------ I'm thinking about it, but I'm giving my flowering room a break - so dark, cold, and then cleaning. But where there's a will, there's a way - cheers!
@Mia_BIOTABS,
Thank you very much, I am very satisfied with your products! I managed to keep the plant nice and green, which really impressed me with this strain. I am completely satisfied.
happy cutting, congratulations on the harvest, thank you very much for your rating and your review
