It only has 3-4 bud spots, although it was topped and LST. I hope it improves in the next week as I'll be switching all 3 of my plants to flowering.
It hasn't been taking as well to the nutrients as the other 2 plants, as I'm seeing signs of slight yellowing on a couple of the leaves. Nothing terrible, though. I'll flush it next watering.
My Northern Lights and Somango XXL are looking healthy and bushy, unlike this POW33. Since the other 2 are doing good I figured I might as well start their flowering. I'm not going to wait forever for the POW33 to get bigger since it may just be its phenotype.
On February 2nd I fed them with their flowering week 1 schedule (1/3rd gallon per plant) and turned lights off for 24 hours. I'll take more photos tomorrow once I turn the flowering lights on for 12/12.
On February 3rd I did LST and they responded well. Already looking bushier. It could be due to turning on the veg and bloom lights.
This plant has greatly increased in size over the past 2 weeks. I still have it raised up compared to the other two, but the bud sights look promising.
This plant has some very nice looking baby buds. They seem dense and larger than my other 2 plants; which may be due to its shorter flowering time. I still have it propped up so it matches the canopy line of the other plants, but it's a dense and beautiful plant. I'm getting more hopeful for this plant every day.
The smell of the bud sights are slightly sweet, and I'm already seeing crystals developing on the leaves.
This plant has some really good smell:. A little fruity, somewhat blueberry. It still has the largest buds compared with the other two plants, and the smallest profile.
On 3/2/2019 I turned the vent van on 24/7 instead of the 30 minutes on/off schedule.
Dropped the "Grow Big" nutrients to 1tsp/gal per the Fox Farm recommended schedule.
The leaves near the bud sights are starting to display THC crystals.
They're starting to bounce back from their defoliation. Bud growth is still small, but it is getting more plentiful down the stalks. The bud spots are starting to show a tad bit of amber and are not as sticky looking.
They look kinda small for this late in flowering. I haven't seen much growth to this variety compared to my other two plants in the past week. Hopefully I'm not doing something wrong; I've just gotta consider they look healthy. They have a lot of crystals, and smell great.
These are very frosty. I've started added molasses to their feeding/watering schedule. The middle bud sights are sure getting bigger (taller and fuller)! The main bud sights are getting fatter, and look amazing.
This plant is behaving differently than my other plants (Northern Lights, and Somango XXL) in that it is stretching for a second time this late into flowering. I can notice it the most in the center colas, but also in the exterior ones. Is this normal? Does it want more light?
it seems pretty normal. They look very healthy so they are most likely producing the most they can👍 I doesn't look like they are looking for more light because they would have long fox tailing buds at the top. Looks like you go nothing to worry about that is one of those good problems😊 Some strains just do that I had one not to long ago the did pretty much the same it stretched then stopped like normal started growing fatter buds then stretched a little more again an fatten up again it was sweet😂 Happy Growing!!🙏
This plant has increased in height quite a bit in late flowering. Some of the leaves are experiencing a strange coloring, which I do not know what it is. Largest colas on all of my plants.
I'm trying to fight off some kind of nutrient discoloration (I believe it's phosphorus). I flushed the plants on 4/8/2019 by running water at a pH of 7.2 (tap water) through the plants, letting them drain, repeat. Afterwards I gave them normal strength nutrients at a pH of 6.8. The runoff was 6.5. In 3 days I'll go back to my normal schedule of feedings.
What's going on with the discoloration of my leaves in the photos?
From my googling, it seems like it's a nutrient deficiency, but I don't know if that is happening because the plant is nearing maturity or I need to give it more nutrients.
hello, you have phosphorus deficiency in phase 3, you need urgently to give this nutrient, otherwise the leaves will burn and fall, and will affect the buds. Greetings
4/15/2019 - the center of this plant really has gained a lot of height. They smell great. The hairs are brown, but the trichomes are just barely starting to turn amber. I'll give it a little bit for the Somango XXL to catch up.
Small plant compared to the others. The bud ends were dense, but resulted in a low outcome due to the overall shortness of the plant.
It smells like a light green tea mixed with a hint of blueberries. There is a subtle gasoline smell as well. Overall it has a nice smell.
Characteristics:
* The high is very chill, a little uplifting, and seems more Sativa than Indica.
* I'm very happy, and slightly giggly. A great conversation/group strain.
* I feel full. Although I may have the slightest bit of munchies, I don't feel hungry. It's easy to resist foods.
* It keeps me awake. I don't feel sleepy and it's actually a little bit difficult to fall asleep.
* Music is wonderful.
* I'm less "confused" than with other strands.
* As long as I don't sit down, I'm cleaning and picking things up. The moment I sit down, I'm content with being there for a while.
* Very little pain reduction. I would not use this to reduce pain.
