Going to put in tank this week, tried 3 colas from clone. My last one was eaten by worms/caterpillars the size of trichome heads hope to have those gone. This plant smells like the best fondue that turns real sweet until it gets sucked dry.
Watering 80oz for 2 gal pots, this gets about 20%-35% runoff as the roots have not filled out 2 gal yet. I am testing in/out and substrate T/pH with soil pen to figure out feeding.
Nutes were 2 tsp/gal surge with 3 tsp/gal Epsom salts for training veg alternating water only/nutes, never got to do full Buddha grow but will do the starting flower routine outlined on Aurora bottles.
Surge 1-2 tsp/gal
Grow 2-3 tsp/gal
Bloom 4-6 tsp/gal
Let the ties off when i flowered and the side branching thickened up quite a bit which i didnt expect. Grew 2" this week with one of the branches slightly taking over
80oz every 4-5 days but it has not quite filled out the 2 gal pot. Too much (30%) runoff but hope it goes down next watering
Nutes are alternating water/nutes with increase of BBloom for second week and no more BGrow. Might not of needed any of the grow as the soil has soluble nitro but trying to do what the bottles recommend until i do this nute line once.
Buds are starting to pop, but the PP did not like me last week, the temp and pH fluctuations might have caused some issues
Watering 80 oz every 4 days with alternating water and beginning bloom mix. Hard to tell what is wrong as the pH and temp have been fluctuating quite a bit. I still need to do more testing in the soil but runoffs have been 11-20% with pH around 7.0-7.3. Day after has been 6.4 so i might be going down into the 5's with the soil not too good at buffering. The soil itself might be going into the 50s and locking out
Nutes are mainly the bloom but when i grew this before i used no nutes and no runoff, maybe this strain doesn't like the lineup i am using.
Some lower leaf veins are really dark but hope some effort in monitoring the pH will help, if not i will do a flush and go from there. The one leaf in last pic got a few issues and some wind burn that doesnt help either. So far this strain is not looking like a good candidate for the triple heater, SOG or a big bush seems more its style
The punch continues to hate my plan, pH fluctuation and other crap are making her not like anything but the buds are coming in. From last grow the stigmas are twice as long if not more but some are turning brown, probably from the pH or dont have it in optimal location in the tank (CBDmass)
I tried watering less with 64oz and 10% runoff, still didnt rebound so went back to 80oz with 30% runoff to try to make her do something. Might be in vain as the damage could have already been done, sucks cause i did this with the last one too.
Increased to full bloom for shits and giggles and hope she will make it. The last grow took a huge nute dump and still made great smelling buds so heres to that. The stretch has been dissapointing, i was hoping the triple setup would keep it down but it has gone 6" or about 1.5x the original height, more than i wanted. This strain would be better as a bush or SOG. Also starting to get that funky fondue smell!
