High svena,
There is no nutrient deficiency. The only problem is a small sign from nutrient burning.
Make sure that you do not overfeed. You can cut back the nutrients to 80% from what you are giving now. And make sure that you water every time till 20% runoff to prevent nutrient salts building up inside the soil raising the EC and causing nutrient burning.
