NOT MY STORY (RANDOM REDDIT FIND)
Twas the Score before Christmas..a Cannabis Story
'Twas the score before Christmas, on an island so fair, No cannabis shop open, not a bud to spare. Hawaii, a dry state, creative I must be, To downtown Lahaina, I ran under the banyan tree.
The locals all nestled under the tree's embrace, Said, "Go see Auntie T," with a knowing face. Visions of legalization danced in our heads, As I searched the benches, where hope softly spread.
Out on the lawn, there arose such a clatter, I sprang from my seat to see what was the matter. Away to my left, like a flash, I did dash, Tore through the vines, pleading for Auntie T's stash.
In a moment, I knew it had to be Auntie T, More rapid than eagles, her welcome set me free. She offered everyone dinner, despite not being paid, A generous woman, her kindness never swayed.
She smiled and called them by name, “Dear, Tommy and Peter, John, Sam, and those near. Luke, Matthew, Pauline, and Dan, To the top of the table, to the top of the clan."
They feasted and laughed, under the vines they did dine, As I turned around, Auntie T appeared, looking fine. "What can I do for you, young child?" She inquired, "A Christmas miracle, of a gram or two?" I desired.
"Sure!” she said, "but first read with delight, From the Bible, the green plant's story is so bright." I questioned, I pondered, with curiosity in sight, Could it be this plant is a gift from above, a source of pure light?
I sat, reading word by word, thinking it couldn't be right, Yet there it was, God's gift, in black and white. A chance to relax and find peace, all rolled up into one little bud of delight.
After the lesson, Auntie T's kindness, truly neat, She offered a deal that was undeniably sweet. Wishing me Merry Christmas as I said my goodbye, With my little green package, ready to satisfy.
