Starting the new Batch.
Germination in a Glass of Water.
This run will be my first time using the Autopot system with pebbles and coco substrate.
The nutrient schedule will follow the product line from the company Canna.
The seeds took even longer to germinate compared to the others, requiring 68 hours. However, they have grown very well since and have picked up speed. The first leaves are well-developed, and the seedlings are already receiving their first dose of fertilizer.
The Blueberry was very interesting to observe during germination, as it started off growing very slowly. Suddenly, it had a growth spurt, caught up with all the other plants, and is now developing beautifully!
Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to tend to my plants during the third week, so there haven't been as many photos taken in the past weeks. Among the three strains I'm growing in parallel, the Blueberry from Zamnesia is making the best impression so far. It grows quickly and consistently and shows no signs of deficiencies. At the end of week 3, the plants were moved to their final pots in the Autopot system. These will be watered today. Currently, the plants are receiving a PPFD value of approximately 550-600.
EC- 1,5
It is important to mention that the coco substrate requires a significant amount of water to prevent it from drying out. Therefore, manual watering is essential until the roots reach the bottom of the Autopot system.
All the plants are developing well. As mentioned in the other grow, all the plants showed signs of nitrogen deficiency. This was reduced or resolved within 48 hours using Canna Nitrogen as a spray applied under the leaves (stomata).
Topping of the plants was then continued, followed by LST training after observing them for 12 hours (overnight) to ensure they had recovered well from the topping.
All the plants have recovered from the nitrogen deficiency using the method of increasing the nutrient solution and applying Canna Mono Nitrogen in a 1:1000 solution with a spray bottle. The Blueberry is growing and growing! It's a lot of fun to watch. Like all the other plants, it currently requires quite a bit of care to guide the shoots in the right direction.
For a week now, the roots have reached the bottom of the pots and can now draw water through the Autopot system, which is working very well. However, I made the mistake of adding Canna Rhizotonic to the nutrient solution, which led to contamination in the tubing system. Fortunately, I was able to fix this easily by cleaning it. It's important not to use organic fertilizers like Rhizotonic or Boost Accelerator in the Autopot system. These need to be applied to the plants from above as usual.
At the moment, I’m concerned about the EC value (the electrical conductivity of the nutrient solution measured in Siemens per meter), which is at 2.7 when it should ideally be at 1.7. I’m still investigating the cause of this issue.
The Blueberry is developing beautifully! Since the end of this week, the plants have been receiving Boost Accelerator. Here too, you can literally watch them grow.

The plants are still growing, and the colas are starting to thicken. The Blueberry smells absolutely amazing! This week, I removed quite a lot of foliage.
The Blueberry is just delicious! The buds are starting to smell absolutely amazing. It has a scent like a mix of fruits, Fanta, and mango. Yummmmiiiii ❤️. I wish it had grown a bit taller, as that would make it easier to work with. I have to defoliate the plants almost daily because otherwise, they start sweating. The trichomes are also developing beautifully. I think for my next grow, I’ll go with Blueberry photoperiod plants. Top! So far, I can definitely recommend the genetics from Zamnesia to everyone.
The Blueberry is just delicious! It smells like fresh berries, and the plant stems are extremely sticky. The trichomes are growing amazingly well! I hope the buds will turn out big and strong. So far, I'm really impressed, and for the next run, I'll go with feminized plants.
