Tip: As I know, dissolved oxygen amount in the water is so important to keep microorganisms alive. It's crucial especially if you grow in soil with organic nutrients. So I always aerate my water for at least 12 hours before giving it to plants. Day 8 - I'm back and everything seem ok except the soil is really dry. I have separated girls so Fast Eddy will be able to own her space . Watered with plain water. Day 10 - Slightly watered with compost tea (micro mix & brewed worm casting+bat guano). Lowered the light and raised power a bit (about 300w) Day 13 - Watered with compost tea.

Grow Questions

Young leaves' tips and edges slightly turning into yellow. Also there's some lime-green colouring in young leaf veins and single orange spot in an older fan leaf. I'm not sure these are some kind of nutrient burn or because of cal-mag or any other micro deficiency. Any idea?

Hey Blueraincoat It's a little hard to tell from the pics, but from what I can see an what you explained it sounds like it could be the start to a cal-mag deficiency. I would try adding a lil bit or do a foliar spray with some cal-mag. I don't know what brand your using so I dont want to say a certain rate of this to water so what ever your using for the cal-mag I personally would try doing a foliar feed make the plant work less thus more happy🙌 and once you have done that watch the new growth to make sure that has fixed the problem, Hopefully it will finger crossed. Also next time you water check your runoff pH just to make sure it is in a good range it seems like it is but I have had it happen to me where the water going in was a at a good pH but my runoff was way off and it started showing problems. So it's always good just to check. Good luck and Happy Growing! Hope this helps👍

got exactly the same problem, at the same week and day(first signs). its calmag deficiency i think

@MMorrelo, it makes sense. Actually I forgot to check pH of the solution on day 24, it was probably more acidic and caused cal-mag deficiency or PK burn as a result of pH lockout.
