Smells cheesy down here

It's the final week for her, going to harvest either this weekend or if I can hold out till next Wednesday I'll chop her then. She is still drinking 1/4 - 1/2 litre every 2 days, sticky as hell, smells great, trichomes are turning amber (10%), defoilated some water leaves tonight in prep for the chop. Edit Feb 7th Bananas started appearing so she had to be chopped and hung to dry
