Was absent for a while due to professionnal issues, but now can start another diary.
Last week received the new seeds - cream cookie auto - from @FastBuds.
Both went between two paper towel asap on thursday and were already ready on friday !!
Used same method as before with small cups.
Day 09 - 13/12
Girls did well.
Kept them in a starter box until they came out.
Box was as usual on top of the fridge to keep humidity level around 70%-75% and temperature around 22°-23°.
Waited until the 10/12 (day 05) before putting them un the,10L pots as the Roots started tongo seek through the organic pot.
No transplantation here once again, just digged a hole deep enough for the organic pot.
With winter temps going down, had to add a heater in the room to keep the temp around 22° in the tent.
They are doing fine, watering is only 250ml each with acti-vera (2ml /L, making it 1ml/0,5 L and sharing it between both girls). For now only one watering each 2 days seems fine for them.
Last watering was the 12/12 - day 08.
Humidity sensor are dead on the thermometer, si keeping an eye on it with an analogic one wich is usually use for the fire wood storage room.
Fine week, girls are doing nice.
On day 15 went up to 0.5L watering and started bio-grow :
- bringing acti-vera down to 1ml /L
- adding 1ml/L of bio-grow
Temperature still :
- around 22°-23° during day
- around 18,5°-19,5° during night
Watering :
- 0,25L every 2 days quickly started to be not enough, went up to 0,5L, still every 2 day.
Lights :
Can't bring them down more, thinking next grow will prolly need something under the pots to elevate them a little to bring the lights around 40-50cm.
Now the 2nd pair of leaves is growing, around 60cm is fine.
For this next week :
- will check the watering, those girls look thirsty quick. Will prolly go up to 0,5L every day :
0,5L seems good from morning to morning, soil is wet enough for the 2 days. But tried to wait another day as the soil was wet enough, but one didn't like it much and had a "emergency" watering (she drank as much in one day than the 2 previous).
Week went quite good, though some troubles :
Temperature : had a few days at 18° day and night, this might have slowing them a little. But mainly still the same temps : 22° day and 18° night.
Watering : now every day instead of once each two days. Same nutes used.
Bringing the lampes higher to maintain 60cm height.
One of the girls had a leaf twisting. After seeking the reasons (watering etc...) found out it was the heater. It was blowing the hot air straight to her (which was a very bad idea). Moved the heater a few times before finding the right place.
Day 24 - 27/12
Hard week it was and hard weeks are coming : heater got unuseable si temps went down to 18°. Ladies did slow, but are doing good though.
Watering : now 1L and 1ml acti-vera and 1ml bio-grow each, once a two days. They don't drink quick with the low temps.
Lights : still moving them up to stay 60cm above the ladies.
Right one is about 5cm higher then left one, so that makes it 20cm and 15cm from tallest to shortest.
