Hi, welcome to another round of the BCN Critical XXL strain. I had some luck last summer in this container.
The size of the pot is 50Liter.
I'm starting with pictures from week 4 (this week) enough pictures of these seedlings on the other diaries.
The soil is upgraded with cow fertilizer, chicken fertilizer and calcium pellets, for now the stem is nice and thick for such young plant.
Next week i'll start with some moderate feeding, perhaps only molasses for the soils ecosystem untill flowering will start.
Welcome to my BCN Critical grow, it's week 5 of vegetation in a 50L container
She's doing real good, growing nice and wide too.
Nothing to complain about, let's wait for flowering to start soon i hope.
---update day 5---- HST
I did some HST, i rudely bent the main stem to keep a more even canopy.
HST because it's a little late for LST on main stem
This is a strong strain, so i don't have to worry about them getting stressed too much.
Now we just have to wait some time for flowering to start.
Hi, welcome to the last week of flowering (i hope)
female signs all over the place, but not really flowering yet
it will be in some days i think
maybe i'll shorten the days a bit, maybe that will help to initiate flowering.
plant looks good, but... i have gnats (again) and i don't want to use chemicals to get rid of 'm.
Last weeks 1st HST went good, in my second HST i almost topped it. I didn't want the main stem to grow to large without topping. It recovered well in a day (2sessions of HST in 2 days).
More close up pictures in last weeks journal. (week 2)
Welcome to the first week of flowering
She looks nice and healthy, but i've seen some gnats, i think there's enough time to give some cinnamon in the coming week to do something about the gnats.
Can't wait to see next weeks pictures
pictures are not super qality this week
a bit lack of time, luckily she doesn't need much attention
overall very happy
keeping feeding at same level for now, will stop feeding soon.
a bit late with the update this week
next week early
i changed the nutrients a bit, i didn't use the terra feeding this week, only pk at double strength
i think it will be the last week that i will feed the plant (a lot of organic nutrients in soil)
a lot of bud visible now (keep my micro lights in mind).
kinda strange to see, everything is on the upper side, lower side almost clean.
Finishing ?!
More and more brown hairs showing up
All looks good
not too much problems with insects or stuff like that
today was last feeding with nutrients.
tonight i will prepare the soil with some fertilizer for the coming round (no time to wait, already germinating a Limited Edition strain from seedstockers, the name is: Skunk Ryder (i also have orange skunk ryder) this alongside with a RQS Royal Gorilla, they will move outdoor as soon as the weather is acceptable).
The trichomes are milky towards clear, no different colouring yet.....
this time i didn't lst her, i just let her grow in a 50L container with small lights above and she got quite big for this strain. well worth the weight. the actual harvest weight is much higher, but i started snatching buds before that time.
