Thanks so much to Zamnesia & Plagron for sponsoring & holding this awesome Eternity Cup. I’m excited to participate and see what we can all grow here :) 12/28/24- into soil 12/30/24- #1 sprouted. Waiting for #2 12/31/24- #2 coming out of soil. You can grab these seeds here-https://www.zamnesia.com/us/6000-zamnesia-seeds-runtz-feminized.html This cultivar stands as a testament to the art of plant breeding, offering a 50/50 hybrid that's both flavorful and robust. Its aromatic profile is reminiscent of a bag of fruity candy. In the cultivation room, Runtz maintains a moderate stature, typically reaching 2.6–4.3 feet in height. Its flowering period is a swift 8–9 weeks, and with proper care, you can anticipate a generous yield. Indoors, Runtz can produce up to 15–17 ounces per square yard. Outdoor growers can expect a similar yield per plant, with harvest time around late September to early October. Runtz is renowned for its impressive strength, with a potency that reaches up to 27%. It's a cultivar that offers a harmonious experience. While enjoying Runtz, you may find yourself in a state of relaxation and contentment. And with its high potency, a little goes a long way. 01/06/25. Starting week 1 #1 was pale when she was born and her cotyledons darkened up now but her true leaves are a strange yellowish/ light green. I was a bit worried about it as all her friends leaves are much darker BUT she’s seeming to be growing the best. #2 was a bit slower to come out. She’s a bit small yet, with thin leaves. Both girls soils are pretty dry now. I’m going to water them today. I imagine the water will run right through, so I’ll be spraying the top a bit to get it damp and then slowly watering to make sure the soil actually absorbs some of it. I’ve complained about my light being a dud or something (the viparspectra) and now I’m pretty sure it is. I have the light at 13 inches up at 50% and still getting stretched stems. This light should be 24 inches or more away supposedly at this age. Been like this since sprout as well. lol. Whatever. At this stage not much else to report on Thanks for lookin. ✌️ Update 01/09/25. Soils dry again. Will water and also give first very light feed at half of seedling ratio. 01/13/25. Beginning of week 2 #1 is 15 days old and #2 is 14 days old. These girls are trucking along. The two look very different from each other. I’m hoping maybe I got a couple cool phenos here. I had been looking at #1 thinking she must be stressed or something because her first set of leaves have 3 fingers on one and kind of 2 on the other. Then today when watering.. I was like wow idiot! I’ve never even seen the first set of leaves have fingers. It’s usually just a leaf period. Have any of you seen the first true leaves have fingers before? As I mentioned, they were watered today, it was plain ph’d water. It’s still been so cold and dry and I’ve still had problems keeping the temperature up. I was previously thinking of putting a little extra heater with them, but they seem to be doing alright.. so I’ll save the energy and cost for now. By next update I think I will have transplanted the girls. I don’t see any roots coming out of the bottom yet, but the leaves are starting to spread across the little pots. 01/17/25- transplanted both girls into 1 gallon pots. Added pictures. Thanks for lookin ✌️ This cultivar stands as a testament to the art of plant breeding, offering a 50/50 hybrid that's both flavorful and robust. 01/21/25. Welcome to the beginning of week 3. The little ladies were transplanted a few days ago into 1 gallon nursery pots. I updated last weeks entry with after pictures and exact date. They are doing well considering the low temperatures. Mid- high sixties most of the time currently. It’s so cold outside that it’s hard to keep the house itself much warmer than 70. Ugh. Sitting at 0 F or -17 C currently. Both girls are looking well and have grown about half an inch since transplant. #1 cotyledons have turned yellow, and she looks a bit pale, but she has since sprout. #2 is darker green in all aspects. They were both watered yesterday with halved seedling nutrients recommended, so again, 0.6 across the three parts. The polar vortex, or whatever they’re calling it, that’s been pestering us here, is supposedly letting up for a bit tomorrow. Temperatures should be better after then. Light is at 18 inches and about 90%. Thanks for lookin. ✌️ You can grab these seeds here-https://www.zamnesia.com/us/6000-zamnesia-seeds-runtz-feminized.html This cultivar stands as a testament to the art of plant breeding, offering a 50/50 hybrid that's both flavorful and robust. 01/27/25. Welcome to the start of week 4 Things are moving along well. Both the girls have done some nice growing the past few days. Have finally had a little warmer of temperatures. Still not where I’d like it, but I’ll take it. Watered yesterday, slowly, until I got a little run off. They did get food at 2.5 ml across 3 parts. I increased the calmag (1) and silica (2) as well. They have 4 nodes now and I will top them as soon as there’s 5. I was a dumb dumb and left my measuring tape inside the flower tent and lights are off so I’ll have to come back tomorrow and update that. #1 is still a very yellow/light green. She’s been that way since birth lol. She’s growing just fine and seems happy still. I’m not sure why she’s the color she is. #2 appears to be darker green as usual. She’s grown quite a bit and is pretty similar in size now to 1. Update: 01/29/2025-soil was pretty dry so watered both again with food. Also measurement update and pictures added. 01/31/25- topped and plain watered. Also added topping pictures/video Thanks for lookin. ✌️ You can grab these seeds here-https://www.zamnesia.com/us/6000-zamnesia-seeds-runtz-feminized.html This cultivar stands as a testament to the art of plant breeding, offering a 50/50 hybrid that's both flavorful and robust. 02/03/25. Welcome to start of week 5 The past few days it’s warmed up substantially and the girls have finally got some warmth. They’re definitely showing that they’ve been enjoying it. They grew 2 inches and have filled their pots. #1 is still showing yellow at all new growth from the base of the leaves mostly, still as if she has micro deficiencies. She doesn’t respond any differently by making sure she has those covered. She actually has a bit of a claw starting on her leaf tips like it was nitrogen toxicity starting. Makes sense when she’s pale huh lol. She’s growing great though now that she’s warmer. #2 well she’s perfect (pls don’t jinx yourself) Both girls were topped like three days ago and are both pushing out nice growth. They both are getting plain water today. No set amount, I just water them slowly until they both get some run off. By slowly I mean I give them small amounts every ten minutes or so until done. I can see a root or 2 through the bottom holes so I should be transplanting them again soon. They’re currently in 1 gallon nursery’s. Think that covers it for now. If anything changes I’ll come back and update.

02/11/25 start of week 6 Both girls have been transplanted again into 2 gallons. I really hated to do it because I would have usually put them into their final pot as of now. Currently don’t have room for that, so they’ll have to be transplanted again later. They have also both had a second topping, and I took off the bottom branches which usually don’t do much imo. Since they have fresh new soil again I gave water with just silica and calmag this time. #1 which has always been more pale and new growth always looked yellow is still pretty much the same. Her new growth is the yellow per usual. #2 has looked a bit mad since recent topping. Not sure what that’s about. I guess she didn’t enjoy it :(. Both girls have grown quite a bit and are 9 inches tall now. Not sure what’s going on with GD but it keeps changing my light and plant heights from what I enter. For watering, still the same. No set amount, or schedule. I water slowly until run off whenever pots are light/soil feels dry. Thanks for lookin

02/17/25. Start of week 7 veg This chick has went absolutely wild this past week. She’s becoming a little monster. I had accidentally cracked the bottom of her pot when trying to make holes..her roots are trying to come out of it and she was JUST transplanted into it not long ago. Finally have a bit more space so I’m going to transplant her today into her final home. She will get a feed/watering in after she’s in. She will also be packing her pot and moving to the flower tent under the 320w but I’ve changed up the timer and she’ll be vegging a couple more weeks before 12/12. I haven’t trained her at all, just been leaf tucking because her shape is just so naturally perfect. She does have some rather big leaves though, so after she settles in from transplant I may try to put a few clips on her just to open her up a bit. She was drinking every 2 days, but that will change now do to bigger pot/ more soil. I’ll come back and update after transplant and also if anything else changes. Thanks for lookin. ✌️ Update 2/18/25. Pictures day after transplant

01/24/25. Start week 8 veg I messed around with these a lot the past week. I could see they had plenty of branching and bud sites but most of them were hiding. I used some lst clips to move things around and get more exposed. They were watered yesterday with calmag and next watering will be with a feeding. Theyre drinking about a gallon every 3 days each currently. They’ve exploded with branching now. They like to keep hiding under the big ol leaves though. They’ll be getting flipped soon. Would have already done it but one of the friends had been a straggler and trying to get her right. That about covers it. Update: forgot to add the pictures of lst. They’re at the end now. Whoops 02/27/25- did some more last minute training and cleaned up around their nether regions and got rid of lower growth. Also added video. Thanks for lookin. ✌️✌️

03/03/25. It’s flip time! Day 1 flower let’s go This runtz definitely gotta have this name because of the candy. Nothin small about this girl. She’s a wild beast. I did use some lst clips on her to move her branches out a bit because her leaves are just huge.. and sticking all over everywhere. I didn’t keep following up with more lst clips as I’ve done with some others this grow. I kinda like her being all wild and doing what she wants. If she could talk she’d say -can’t be tamed! Okay, okay..so she’s skipping watering day today. Her soil is a bit damp still today, so I will wait until tomorrow. If we’re going based off last watering, she will be drinking a bit over a gallon, with run off. I was going to skip watering because I normally feed every other watering, but with as crazy as she’s going, and the fact that she’ll be putting in some extra work now, I’ll be feeding her again. I’ve kind of been showcasing plant #2 most recently just because I feel she is probably more standard in appearance. Plant #1 (Mellow Yellow) was born a pale color and through her life she’s always had yellow new growth, and as she pushed out more growth, the leaves would green, and the next new growth would come out yellow. It’s a crazy sight to see now that the whole top looks yellow. I initially thought something was wrong with her, or her nutrition, but she’s just always been this way, and has grown perfectly fine. I guess we will see if she seems to have any problems in flower. Should be interesting. Oh, and, her feedings/waterings are the same as her sisters. Let’s get ready to see some beautiful buds!
