So its mid way through week 2 and heres what i have so far 😁
Temps throughout week one seemed stable between 25-27celcius during daytime and 15-18celcius at night time with RH ranging between 40-65%
day 8
Temps hanging around 23.5celcius, 43% RH probably due to cold weather as even with light on and cupboard door close not much increase evident
more weaving done on cocoa #1 and some branches trained down and kept below screen level with lst as screen very busy and may clone these branches at later stage (not more than end of week 3) if branches dont fit🙄found the solution to having too many branches...
1 big thick clone taken of cocoa #2's one main arm and 1 smaller branch off its side cloned too - thick ones skin cut off and thin one scraped off to see if improves clone speed/ success rate💪🏾 Otherwise all seems good and she is going strong👌🏾
day 9
Lots of stretch in plants evident over night now👌🏾most tips stretching around 2cm a night - more weaving done into screen😁
Cocoa#2 - plant recovering well👊🏽 Stretch is going well
day 10
water in perlite reservoir level very low - definitely needs changing once a week - 40L Fresh water @ph6 with 20grams grow and 20grams short flower put in.
nutes going up to half half green house grow/ short flowering - trying a new transition of incrimental dosing change each way to create a smooth switch to full flowering nutes with added pottassium sulphate in weeks 6&7 😁 not sure if the smooth switch is needed but hey doubt it could do much harm if any🤗
Cocoa#1 Stretch going strooooong 😁😁 more stretch very evident - lots of tucking and weaving visible now - flower clusters starting begin with nice white hairs 😁😁
Cocoa#2 stretching well on one side - wound healed well and rest of plant showing good recovery and growth going well - plant would be a good mother to clone👌🏾Roots starting to poke out the bottom of each smart-pot now😁
Day 11
Cocoa#1 - trimmed some old fan leaves and small branches below screen level to allow more light and ventilation through below the screen - very branchy structure visible on both(probably due to revegging for 4 weeks before the flowering switch) moved around some branches and tucked and weaved more - created more open area within centre of canopy by defoliation. Screen has started to fill out well 😁running out of space though already😓
Cocoa#2 - LST'd some branches to open up canopy a bit - plant has recovered well and will give a small but decent few colas i hope🙏🏽
Temps remain stable between 24-27 celcius and humidity between 45-70%😁
Thats all caught up for now the rest will come at the end of the week

27th - day 11
Cocoa#1 - trimmed some old fan leaves and small branches below screen level to allow more light and ventilation through below the screen - very branchy structure visible on both(probably due to revegging for 4 weeks before the flowering switch) moved around some branches and tucked and weaved more - created more open area within centre of canopy by defoliation. Cocoa#2 - LST'd some branches to open up canopy a bit - plant has recovered well and will give a small but decent few colas i hope🙏🏽
28th - day 12
Cocoa#1 - more weaving and re arranging of growth tips into their respective squares - screen is looking good and busy - just bought some indoor cocoa to smoke and if its anything to go by this crop should be incredible😍
Cocoa#2 - just stretching it out, can use as height reference as its not being weaved 😁 hoping it will give some dank colas
day 13
Cocoa#1 really filling in the screen now - spent quite a bit of time re arranging and tucking and weaving growth tips into their squares 😁 things are going well no hitches regarding nutes or pests and plants seem very healthy and happy👊🏽👊🏽
Cocoa#2 definitely fully recovered and filling out nicely - yeild could be quite good if her colas fill out 👌🏾 sitting at 32cm on her tallest shoot😁😁 so thinking cocoa#1 may be taller than this had it been grown without the screen👌🏾preflowers visible on both 😁
day 14
Temps hanging around 25 degrees today with RH 56%
cocoa#1 - lots of re arranging and organizing of branches today, trying to position each branch as to not fill to many through one square and to ensure none are crossing or will cross 😅 been a busy two weeks of tucking and weaving but the screen has filled in really well and will hopefully be covered in many medium nugs😍👌🏾some minor defol to allow some more light and air penetration but the main defoliation of the bottom third coming toward the end of week 3.
Cocoa#2 stretch going strong, even with previous lst pulling branches flat at around 17/18cm and many clones being taken she has shot to 36cm tall in the stretch so far👌🏾👌🏾
thats the end of week two :D things are going well! plants are both looking super healthy and green, no abnormalities and no stress! 💪💪
