And here we go again. I‘ve got myself a veg tent to keep me supplied more frequently. :D This time it is Pigletta Purple Haze and Te-Squealer Sunrise which is a cross from Piglettas Purple Haze and Super Orange Haze. Super excited to see those ones grow out.
They germinated both pretty quickly after just 2 days. Today I‘ve watered them the first time with 250 ml of ph‘ed tapwater each.
On day 24 all plants look good, the Te-Squealer Sunrise did stay a bit smaller but I hope that once she begins to stretch it will even out.
The plant in the small pot is also a Te-Squealer Sunrise which was planned just as backup but now I decided to grow her out.
All plants are showing signs of nitrogen toxicity. Especially both bigger plants. So I did reduce the amount of fertilizer for this week.
All plants are stretching now. I hope the Te-Squealer Sunrise will catch up a bit. Lights are now at 65%. I won‘t increase the light distance for now to slow down the stretch of the PPH a bit. DLI at the top of the PPH is ccurrently at around 55.
Besides that I turned on the Autopots a few days ago.
One thing which really bothers me though is the clawing of the fan leaves on all plants. Seems like the strains are very nitrogen sensitive so I will take it easy with the base nutrients for now.
Plants are still Stretching. The PPH is now 83cm tall and the Te-Squealers are around 54cm. I hope PPH is done with stretching soon as she gets a little bit too close to the lights now.
Besides that Im really amazed how well the Te-Squealer in the small pot (I think it’s just 1,5 or 2 liters) is doing. Coco is really a great medium to grow on in small containers. Currently I‘m handwatering her twice a day. I may need to up that to 3 times a day but for now it’s fine.
I think they are almost done stretching. PPH is over 90 cm now, the bigger Te-Squealer at 78 and the smaller at 68 cm.
I ordered some support strings to support the bigger colas as I fear they will get too heavy for those branches soon.
