Soaked in a cup of water for 24 hrs. Then put on damp but not drenched paper towel and into sandwich bag with a little opening for airflow. Tap root visible within 72hrs, gently moved into pre-soaked rockwool cubes and put in a Tupperware with humidity dome.
Very easy and fast germination, looking forward to this week’s growth. Transferred to 3 gal cloth pots once sprouted and watered in. Misted twice daily and covered with humidity dome.
They finally put out the first set of true leaves, all 4 seem to be doing well. Removed the humidity dome after the true leaves came in and continued to mist once a day.
Nice growth, plants are all doing well except pheno #4 which seems to be lagging behind. Hopefully it will continue to grow well. I will monitor it for now.
Great growth in the last week, phenos 1-3 continue to chug along. # 4 still lagging behind but will give it more chances to recover. Hopefully once it starts taking in some more nutrients it will take off a bit faster.
Awesome growth in the last week. Topped phenos #2 and #3 just above the 4th node set. I am considering #2 and #3 as the two choices for a breeding program. Both have good vigor and growth speed. In the next few weeks I will choose one to reverse and the other will be the receiver.
Plants are doing great, pheno #4 is still slow and short, I am going to continue without topping it. Pheno #1 was topped in the last week finishing off the first round of topping. I’m aiming to do one more round of topping once the plants are a little larger so there will be 4 tops for phenos #1-3
Trimmed the lowest node sites and gave foliar feed. The plants seem to have recovered nicely from being topped. Pheno #4 is very unhealthy and is still miles behind the others but it’s showing some promise in the new growth. Pheno #1 and #2 are looking like the best choices for the breeding program. The leaf structure of Pheno #3 is too large and spread out compared to the others.
Plants are putting on some size now. Very noticeable growth in the last week. I began spraying sts on pheno #2 during the last week and will transition it to flower today to begin pollen production. Soon I will install a scrog net to help spread the tops. I am aiming to put the rest of the plants into flower in 2 weeks.
Plants have grown a lot in the last week. I did some light defoliation on the bottom leaves. Pheno #2 is in its own tent now and I’ve continued to spray sts every 3 days now that it has transitioned to flower. Next week the rest of the plants will be switched to flower.
The plants are starting to really take off. I am going to push for 1 more week before flipping and continue to LST for an even canopy. Pheno #4 has recovered somewhat and seems to be growing well now.
Plants have grown considerably in the last week. Most of the new growth since the final topping has reached 3 or 4 nodes now. I wanted to flip to flower this week but I’ll have to push it back again by one more week. Pheno #2 is progressing a little slower than expected and will need the extra week to catch up and have the timing right for pollen production.
Finally flipping to flower. The plants are healthy and bushy. I can’t wait to see them stretch. I missed a watering this last week and the plants recovered well after getting very wilted.
