@schmeirs, hello my friend! Normally i put them in a glass of water with some drops of peroxide, in 24h you will see the small root appear (this glass with water and seed needs to be in a dark place and in a slightly warm place, warm not hot). After the root appear you can put them into the pear pellet directly (or even in a small pot) and under a lamp, or you can put them a day or 2 more in the kitchen paper and after that plant them and put them under light. But you need to be sure that the temperature is good, if its too cold they wont germinate and too hot of course you cook them.
