Well I can tell you for sure that is a male sex organ 100% the calyx raise on a stem . You have a couple option here you can either be very diligent in taking out those organs or you can player the safer card and remove that plant from your room before it pollinates your ladies . I say this because if you miss just 1 of those organs it will swell and produce enough pollen to pollinate that whole room . Sometimes these things happen , it could be as simple as the humidity or the temps and that particular plant didnt enjoy it and started to hermie .
