I germinated them using cotton pads; they sprouted within a day and were then transplanted into soil. For now, they’ll all stay together in one box, and I’ll separate them when I transplant.
By tradition, by the second week, I had to give them names—male names, of course, as is the way.
I named the big one Conan the Barbarian, the medium one Prince Charming, and the little mutant Igor. As you can see at this stage, Igor is slightly behind in development due to a cotyledon mutation, but he will catch up over time.
Otherwise, the plants are developing well. Starting from the second week, I introduced a strict watering schedule—once every two days, right after the lights turn off.
In the third week, Prince Charming shot up.
Overall, all three plants are growing strong and confident. The one that brings me the most joy is Igor—just look at how much he has improved over this time!
All three plants have shown their sex, and the first buds have started to form.
Due to rapid growth, Prince Charming's top leaves started curling. I raised the light higher.
One of the plants will be transplanted into a separate grow box soon. I'll also need to split the lighting accordingly.
