Because I need less coffee.

I soaked the seed in water for a day. The seed cracked open, sprouted a tail, and I planted her directly into a 2.5 gallon pot of Pro-Mix HP. It sprouted and here we are.

All growth has stopped. Power has been out for days. She was doing awesome before that.

Well, she survived a week in the dark, with 39 degree temps, and no air circulation. Lights came back midweek, and she hit the ground running. I started feeding Greenleaf Nutrients’ Mega Crop. It’s measured at 4g per gallon. Next week I’ll pay closer attention to approximate the teaspoon measurement.

She’s starting to stretch her legs.

7 inches in 7 days, and the flowering stretch is on! She’s responded well to the Greenleaf Nutrients line. I’m looking forward to seeing how it handles blooming.

Exciting week! Pistils are forming all over the place, and she’s continued to stretch. More than I would have expected, given her history, and the 2.5 gallon pot. Next time i may go bigger, but this is about as tall as I want in the veg tent.

Buds are building up! I’ve been pulling off about 10 leaves a week, to open up bud sites for light and air. We’ll see how long she goes for.

She’s swelling up and getting closer to harvest. I’ve been pulling off leaves, here and there. I smoked some of her namesake today, from a shop. I can’t wait to have some of my own!

Buds are getting heavy, fat, and dense. She smells a little fruity! I reckon on another week, or so. I’ll check trichomes tomorrow. I got a pick of the white buds at the very top. Most likely from being close to the lights. I can’t move the light up any higher in that tent. 😄

I’m keeping this one in the rotation for a while. It grew easily. I let it grow naturally, only lightly guiding side branches. The one I’ve got going currently I topped, and it took it very well. Go light on the nutrients. She got nute burn easily. Second one is the same.
