Chemdawg from Humboldt seeds. I've always been pleased with there genetics. I can't wait to see what this grow brings. She started out puny, but is quickly catching up to the others.
I was on vacation, so I didn't get very many pics this week. I was surprised at just how much she filled in while I was gone. She's suddenly a little bush.
So I fell a little behind in my diary due to being out of town off and on for a couple of weeks. So, I'm playing catch up now. Early flowering still coming along nicely.
She's starting to stretch out some. I had to do some defoliation because she was getting too bushy and I wanted to expose more bud sights. Defoliation always leads to more vigorous growth for me.
The Buds are starting to get chunky. Interesting smell in the tent. Kind of sweet, kind of something else that I can't put my finger on. She really sparkles in the light.
So...she's a little top heavy. Opened up the tent and she was heavily leaning. Stuck some stakes in the pot and righted her. Just a few days to go. Cool color changes.
Easy to grow except for the large buds causing flopping. Easily remedied by early staking. Really unique smell. This one took a little longer to mature. Exceptional smoke. Tremendous sweet chemdawg flavor. I can't wait to grow another. Highly recommended.
Not a bad trim. Super sticky buds. Had to clean my trimmers often while trimming. Decent calyx to leaf ratio. That's always nice. I lost a few pictures of the cut buds before I stuck them in a jar. A real pleasure to grow.
Congratulations on the harvest my friend 👍
Our ChemDawg certainly produced some amazing looking flowers, beautiful purple/blue colours and the only downside being that the flowers were to big 👌
Those are the type of problems we like and as you said easily remedied by staking/supporting those HUGE flowers produced 👍
Enjoy your harvest mate 👊
Diary approved 👍
Until your next HSO adventure ✌️
Kind regards
