To me its the first signs of burning from to many nutrients. Just need to back it off a bit.
N tox normally presents itself with extra dark and lush looking leaves with tips that curl downwards.

Some micros cause yellowing in the tips on new growth too. so use your judgment.
I also think you might have added too many nutrients. I went through something similar recently with the same symptoms.
Try watering a few times with pH-balanced water and no nutrients, observe how it reacts, and then adjust by reducing the nutrients. Good luck
Over fed...the mixture of too much light and to much nutes result in this tip burning more the nutes but the lights play a role.. I would raise the light slightly and no more feed. Just water for next feed or 2 or et's say the next 7 days..
