A near disaster turned into a master plant! Everything went well for Hash Plant up until weeks 10-12 when it was stricken with a nutrient imbalance, all the leaves turned yellow and spotted. A massive flush of water and a ton of time, and the plant eventually recovered. Strong genetics and patience allowed it to bounce back, with a repotting, and eventually it regrew lush green vegetation and used its framework to become even larger. This thing had the largest leaves of the tent. So this plant had an uncharacteristically long veg. time, this probably skews my yield and review a bit. It could have been bad, and it ended up better than it normally would. Other than the one imbalance, no issues growing. Hash Plant created massive white haired buds which eventually turned orange, and I mean orange! The buds were full on red. The main cola is the best I’ve grown in my entire history. The smell is sort of just musty/sweet when growing. The taste is earthy/musty/pungent and the dried buds really smell. Taste is the not the prize. The effects are HEAVY indica, Hash Plant is strong. Head gets heavy, body relaxes, really heavy head, red eyes, sleepy, etc. Do not consume before something important or where you need to be alert, mega couch lock! I’ve had multiple people comment in concurrence. If you want strong indica, devastating couch lock, which I do, then Crop King’s Hash Plant is the strain for you.

I’m telling y’all, other than seedlings cannabis plants are almost virtually unkillable. Time and water solves almost any problem. The only truly vulnerable stage seems to be when they are seeds/germinating/seedlings. Even most dead, browned, dried, clones twigs will regrow in time. Its strange that a disaster plant turned out so well after healing, damage doesn’t really seem to really effect genetics at all (of course), and any scar tissue can be removed and cut away. I repotted and I think the new soil, nutrients, and balance was helpful. When I dumped the container I was surprised to see the root zone still contained to the circular shape of the previous pot, it had filled its last pot out much less than I expected. To be clear, I did not give enough time to fill the big pot, but I only saw a few tendrils throughout the new soil. This is my personal best yield and its potent, so I am super pumped. I’ve enjoyed gifting this one and seeing their reaction when giving the review.

LST or top better?

@Jumpingjack, personally I think LST is the better technique, as there is no damage to the plant. Works really well outdoors. Topping is good too, but more work and slows growth down. You need to be patient and allow it to recover.
