Genji87 Today i decided to set the DWC System Rdy and plant one Germinated Runtz in it, i also put a Larry Bird in the other but she isnt germinated yet. DWC Water : PH 5.2 EC 0,8 Nutrients - Water is tapwater but CalMag optimized for veggi & i put some Peters Professionel Pot Plant in and some Great White Bacteria I also put a little bit Danklorix in to the water, lets hope it works like i want it to work :D Not Germinated yet 2x Purple Haze, 2x Bruce Banner 3, 2x Larry Bird, when they are i put them into Coco Pots. *Update - Actually DWC Run are now 1x Runtz 1x Bruce Banner 3 DWC - Runtz - first Light 06.03.25 - put into DWC 08.03.25 - On 12.03.25, the first contact of the roots with water PH 5.6 EC 0.8 by Days i give more CalMag & a little bit Peters to increace EC to 1.0 at 14.03.25 - Bruce Banner 3 - first light 14.03.25 - put into DWC 14.03.25 PH 5.9 EC 0.8 Greetz

Genji87 Increased EC Levels to 1.3 during the week. Only with peters since i already put in alot calmag to increase it to 1.0 earliert. PH is drifting 5.8-6.2 think the runtz is showing some signs of iron problems but ye we will see if 1.3ec helps at that using foliar fertilization and keep ec lvls

Genji87 Didnt Change anything Till now beside turning off topfeed ah and i cut some leafes ah and yes till now i fill up 2x with water about idl 2x 2litres maybe. When i do that i always give like 1gramm Peters into it to refresh EC Value, till now it seems thats completly ok... i increased it like that to 1.4 over the weeks. For the Topfeed i have to say, maybe this thing is good for some people but i starting to think this feature is more good for other plants or things u want to do maybe i dont know but i dont see many benefits. The problem is that algae start forming on top of the clay balls, and in addition, the nutrient solution gets splashed around up there and then dries out, which causes those white acid residues. Also my PH Value is way more stable if i keep it off !

Genji87 Runtz Day 33 BruceBanner Day 27 Changed the Water First Time. 20L tapwater with Peters Bloom 14g and Potplant 8g 12g Bitter Salt 2ml danklorix 1 x teaspoon Great white shark Changed the light ratio 3 days ago to 12/12. Ec 1,6-1,8 (800ppm-900ppm) ph 5.8

Genji87 Well little update... Flowering week 4 i changed the water 1x time because PH was shifting down and EC goes up. DWC Plants lookin good about nutrients but i think they are very small ? The start up Seedling to reaching the water was maybe so bad that the overall result is going to be tiny ? well well well, we will see but overall for me till now, i think coco grows are more chill. - EC Levels atm at 1,8 - 2,0 PH 5.8-5.9 drifting - 20g Peters Bloom, 4g bitter salt, 8ml atami calmag for 20l tap water

Genji87 Genji87 Flowering Week 7, in whole wk14 for the run kokos & dwc wk11. I have to say dwc seems to be a good thing and it works this and that but its nothing for me, i have zero focus in it and this water changing and loud noises are super annoying for me. But for my personal education it was a win because in drives me out of my comfort zone and made me learn deeper I will keep the 2 dwc run up but no more focus on it. My Kokos runs are the chillest like u can see, whole ec levels everything same like in the dwc run. When they are harvested and the dwcs are still in progress i will kill them.
