Great harvest and overall great experience growing Fastbuds genetics. They smelled fuely and grapefruity and even a little cheesy. I can't wait to taste them. I will dry and cure and report back in a couple months. Thanks for looking!
Edit- 7 days after harvest I have all of the grapefruit in jars ready for a good cure. I will he burping them twice a day for a week and then once a day for another week. After than I plan to cure for probably another 6 weeks. I'll report back then will a flavor profile and buzz report.
Edit- snuck a taste after about 2 weeks of drying and curing and it is really on point. Smooth and fruity and even a little bit funky with hints of cheese.
Edit - 4 weeks into cure and I took an ounce of the grapefruit to be pressed into rosin. Got about a 15% return, right at 6 grams, and man is it tasty. Super tropical and floral in the flavor.
Looks like alot of fun..I bought a lazer thermo gun for my decarbed. Precision is a must for that. First time I tried my(hash) butter i took too much and couldn't leave the house for awhile.
