Apple Fritter 2 - Pride of my first grow

RobsterOR This is the week I started shaking. But now I am quite smarter with LST. Next grow it won't look as chaotic as here, lol!

RobsterOR Here is where I started to fall in love with her. She might have short legs but she is so pretty! And I was surprised how early they start flowering... She for sure won't win me any prizes but I am proud of my first grow!

RobsterOR This is where I actually start the diary - made the rest of entries retroactively. Might as well collect the pics here! Can't wait to see how she develops, and hope I can smell her soon :) Day 34: We have a bit of light stress on her since she is "taller" than her light buddy (who came out the same day as her, lol). Funny to call her tall though as she is such a short legged one... I put something under the other plant and hung the light higher, let's see if it helps. Day 36: Not sure yet if it helps but she STILL is growing, it is fantastic!

RobsterOR Day 40/41: The lady is still growing in "height", buds are stretching. We have the first bit of frosting going on and I am very excited! On the downside I know now why most of y'all wear gloves for harvesting and trimming. I first thought "pah, pansies" but I just touched her a bit today and after washing my hands three times they are still sticky and smell like a mix of monke ass and citrus. I dont mind the smell but the sticky, bah! Considering the frosting has just started I can't imagine what kind of mess trimming will be. Have to decide if I want to dry trim or wet trim.... Day 43: Another week down! I start to really worry about bud rot.... because they are standing so tight. Hmmm. Might ask a question over at the board. Other than that, I can't wait to see her bulk up!

RobsterOR Boy, this phase sure is boring lol!

RobsterOR D 56: bored out of my mind, so bored I already started the next grow. Have a smaller tent now to pre-raise plants before going into the main tent and for drying (should work out nicely timing wise so I can always have my allowed-in-germany 6 plants running and if i stagger them nicely in sets of 2 theres always something exciting going on) so I started the next grow. First of the month will always be the new babies germinating, easy enough! Going back on the nutes a bit now, she seems not to need that much anymore. Foliage is slowly turning reddish at the bottom and seeing first amber trichomes here and there. But leaving her some more time to develop! D57: Another week ticked off. Cant wait to have the new light in this tent, making pics when the cheaper lights are over 50 percent is annoying, stripes and stripes.... I do have a timelapse of one of her tenmates, from sprout to now and it is just stripey through and through. Dont know if pepople here would still enjoy it.... Doing the same with one of the Pink Mist I just started, that one will be better, I swear! XD

RobsterOR Well... She do be ripening I guess ¯_(ツ)_/¯ Getting her water, getting her nutes (dialing back a bit though), smelling real good, I don't really wanna think about it because I REALLY want to try her bad. On another note, today we will likely find out if these politicians roll back the partial lagalization for home growing and personal use of cannabis in Germany. Imma puke if they roll this back, hold your thumbs for us Germans, Growmies! Apr 10: We are safe until autumn where they WANT to reevaluate the law. We hope they just don't GET TO it, given the state of world politics, heh. My plant? Growing.

RobsterOR D70. realized I count different from the breeders, so it is pretty much D75 for their calc, so going into week 12. Most trichs are cloudy, got a handful amber and I don't like too much couch lock. Preparing for the chop in about 4 days (Sunday). I know flushing is bro science but it makes NO DIFFERENCE so I can save a bit on nutes. She has been witout them since this week of grow, and I dim the lights a little each day to simulate autumn. Think I will take her to a dark room on Friday together with one of her tent mates. Also a good time to clean the tent once more! I am so excited and nervous! D71: Going into her 48 hours of darkness with a tent mate. hasnt had water in 3 days, approximately. Harvest Saturday, yay!

RobsterOR Done, 78 days since seed! Temps are ideal for draying here at the moment so I pulled 2 of my plants, one of which was this one. Roughly removed everything with no trichhs, rest I will dry trim to make edibles with sugar leaves and some popcorn buds - whicch she didnt have too many. Hope it lets me update with dry weight, but for a first grow I am happy enough. Learned a lot and aim to make the next grow better even :)
