This will be my first grow. I am growing in a DIY tent that I improvised, just some metal bars with reflecting foil covering it. The space measures 45 cm x 55 cm x 105 cm Been germinating the seed in a towel for approx 48 hours. Put in soil this morning (06.03.2025). Soil: Rewe Beste Wahl Blumenerde mit Vulkangestein (Perlite), a bit of coco coir that I had left, maybe 3 hands full, also had some perlite in it

Day 2, 09.03.2025: Came out of the soil yesterday, forgot to take a picture yesterday. So I’d say 08.03.2025 is day 1. She’s by the window, because I’m unsure if I’ll burn her when i put her under the led. Day 3, 10.03.2025: took the humidity dome off Day 5, 12.03.2025: put her inside the tent with my 100w LED, not dimmable. About 62 cm above the top of the plant, also gave a bit of water, because the soil felt dry when I put my finger in. The seedling was very stretchy so I added a bit of soil to balance it out. Day 7, 14.03.2025: Last day of this week she’s about 6 cm tall (not including the buried part)

Day 9, 16.03.2025: gave a little bit of water, maybe a small cup, also got only the exhaust fan running, because temps are not that high. Day 10, 17.03.2025: I moved her a little closer to the light because it feels like she’s growing a bit slow. Maybe I’m just impatient. Distance is now 57 cm. Day 12, 19.03.2025: She didn’t seem to be bothered by me moving her closer to the light, so I will keep it that way. Didn’t do anything. Looking good. Day 13, 20.03.2025: Watered a cup because soil felt dry

So this is my first grow and it feels like she’s growing a bit slow. Currently at day 10. Distance was 62 cm. The LED is 100W. Now the distance is 57 cm. I’m wondering if I’m just impatient. Is this distance appropriate? How is the growth looking?

Running a Fineest 1000W by KING is 100W? Manufacturer states average draw is 180W. Regardless, manufacturer states: 1. any life cycle should be 24 inches from plant, 2. initial introduction to light should be 48 inches, 3. recommended distance is 30-36 inches. I don't know how seriously I would follow those directions, looks like it is made for a plethora of crops. Make sure you're in you VEG mode on that light and definitely don't go below 40cm for the seedling IMO. She is doing a lot right now in preparation. Her energy consumption is going to increase exponentially soon. These days might feel long but for day over day changes she is putting in work. I try to balance the light distance for seedlings between trying to make them stretch and grow long quickly and making sure they're stable enough to support themselves.

Day 15, 22.03.2025: The lower part of the stem seems to be a bit thin compared to the upper part. I hope it won’t be a problem when low stress training her. I won’t feed her until she shows any deficiencies but right now everything still seems good. Day 16, 23.03.2025: Soil is dry again, some more water 250 ml-ish. Day 18, 25.03.2025: The stem got bigger. I thought about topping her but I didn’t want to risk stunting her. I started low stress training. I’ll follow this guide: https://www.reddit.com/r/Autoflowers/s/NHdIFxNU2d Definitely thankful for any tips and suggestions for improvement. Day 19, 26.03.2025: adjusted LST a bit, gave the first watering that included nutrients. I watered 500 ml. 0,25ml/L (Biobizz grow). I started low because I don’t want to burn her. Day 20, 27.03.2025: adjusted LST, see picture. The leaves are fighting for the light, it’s getting bushy.

Day 23, 30.03.2025: I switched the light cycle from 24/0 to 20/4 because it was stated that a resting period would probably be good. Since i dont have a timer for my power outlet I couldn't really choose a longer dark period because i have to switch off the light manually. I also moved the light a bit higher. I am hoping that she will stretch a bit more. Day 24, 31.03.2025: Adjusted LST, first pistil appeared today. I also turned the switch for bloom on. Day 26, 02.04.2025: Watered her, about 500 ml. Day 28, 04.05.2025: I removed the lowest fan leaves

Day 29, 05.04.2025: starting to flower, more pistils are starting to show. I’m hoping that she will stretch a bit more since she’s small. Probably made some mistakes. Day 30, 06.04.2025: Watered until runoff Day 33, 09.04.2025: well, blooming. and stretching. a bit. gotta be patient.

Day 36, 12.05.2025: First Bloom nutes, starting low. Also loosening LST a bit. Think I might’ve overdone it with the training but let’s see. There is already a bit of purple showing but you can’t really see it in the pictures yet. Day 39, 15.04.2025: Been upping notes a bit to 1 ml/l biobloom and 0.5 ml/l calmag also added a bit of biogrow about 0,5ml/l because the lower leaves were getting yellow.
