HerrTom So, here we go again. The seed from Zamnesia has sprouted without any issues, foolproof as usual. I chose the strain (Monster Dwarf) because it's supposedly particularly short, and I don't have much space in my box. I'm really curious to see how the little dwarf does.
I still had soil left over from the last grow. Last time, I used Zamnesia Monster Bud Mix as fertilizer. Since I don't have any of that left, I pre-fertilized the soil in the big pot with Compo liquid fertilizer. Hopefully, I didn't overdo it. Well, we'll see when the little plant moves from the seedling tray to the big pot.
Right now, the box is in the basement next to the heater, and it's pretty warm in there. Consistent conditions aren't exactly my strong suit with my makeshift setup :-) Well, only the tough ones make it to the garden.
The little dwarf can grow in her box in the basement for the next two weeks. As soon as I notice any smell, she has to go out to the shed. I hope it won't be too cold at night by then. This time, I've got the lights on at night so that the colder nights can be compensated for, and during the day, it should hopefully be warm enough that I can turn the lamp off for a few hours. In the last grow, the lamp was running 24/7 in the last few weeks to balance out the freezing temperatures.
Addendum 03/13/2025: I moved the little dwarf from the seedling pot to the big pot. See pictures... This time at the edge of the pot so that LST works better.

HerrTom In the first week, not much has happened yet. So far, the Mighty Dwarf is living up to its name, at least in the dwarf department. I hope that once the little plant has recovered from the early transplanting, it will start to progress a bit.

HerrTom Vital looks different. Well, it’s a bonsai strain, but this little one seems a bit stunted to me. Compared to last week, not much has changed. Unfortunately, the “larger” leaves are curling up a bit and are not very elastic. Everything seems less than optimal to me.
I plan to move the box to the shed in the next few days. Overall, it’s still quite cool, but it’s too warm and dry in the heating room. If it’s not due to something else, you can definitely tell that the plant isn’t really comfortable.

HerrTom After there was still no improvement in the third week and the plant looked very weak, I moved the grow box from the heating room to the shed. And lo and behold, the plant is recovering. I actually wanted to wait until it got a bit warmer for the move, but the lady probably wouldn't have survived in the heating room at all. Conclusion: too warm and especially too dry! With overwhelming results no longer to be expected after this failed start, but oh well. Outside, I'm leaving the lamp on 24/7 again because it gets too cold otherwise.
Addendum 01.04.2025
After another pair of leaves has shown up today, I started with the LST. I intentionally planted the plant at the edge of the pot to have enough space for training on the side. I don't really believe that this little one would have run out of space upwards, but it's my firm plan to consistently apply LST in this grow, and that's what I'm doing now. Let's see what comes of it.

HerrTom After the struggles of the first weeks in the heating cellar, the plant is doing very well now. I'm curious to see how much more it grows before it goes into flowering.

HerrTom I'm satisfied, the little one is growing very nicely and has a healthy appearance. Meanwhile, the smell is quite intense, and I think it will go into flowering this week.

HerrTom Everything is going well so far. Unfortunately, I was a bit wrong in assuming that flowering would start now. You can already see where the buds want to come, but actually, this week still has to be counted as part of the growth phase. This morning, I trained the main branch a bit to the side again, but that should be enough with LST now. I also removed two large fan leaves that didn't look very fresh. That should benefit the underlying branches.
I'm absolutely satisfied with the height of the plant. The LST is working great, and the distance to the lamp remains almost constant. Let's see how this affects the yield.
Addendum: After defoliating, some flower (sites) are already visible. So we should better talk about pre-flowering, and next week will definitely be considered "flowering." ☺️

HerrTom What can I say?! It's going well, the little one is blooming wonderfully and the LST is working great. I'm not even close to the lamp and the plant is making excellent use of the space in the box. Check out the pictures...if anyone has any tips, feel free to share. Otherwise, it's just a waiting game now :-) Let's keep it going!

HerrTom What can I say?! No news is good news. The plant is just blooming away and getting a tan under the lamp light. The buds have developed beautifully and are just waiting to ripen. However, it could still take about 3 weeks until the little one is ready. No stress 😎 Good things take time 🏽

HerrTom Waiting for the Christ Child. Everything is good so far! Here a leaf off, there a little branch to the side. Otherwise, I'm just waiting for the right harvest time. The buds aren't huge, but I'm satisfied. Mold or pests are not an issue. The plant gets water and organic fertilizer; everything else takes care of itself.

HerrTom There's not much to say about the plant this week. A little water, a little fertilizer, and the little one is maturing on its own. It's still a bit early for harvesting, but it won't be long now.
However, I've changed the room setup because the second grow wanted to go into the box too. The Titan F1 is supposed to grow a bit taller. I want to try out a SCROG net. That's why the lamp is now basically hanging from the ceiling to make use of the full height of the box. I've raised the Mighty Dwarf a bit so it can soak up plenty of light in the final phase of flowering.

HerrTom After the harvest, I'm giving the Monster Dwarf a good rating right away. After an extremely bumpy start in the heating cellar, she has recovered super well and performed nicely.
Trimming was a sticky affair and makes me crave a taste. I would have liked to leave the plant for another week or two, but my surroundings complained massively about the smell, so it was time. The week estimate from Zamnesia (8-9 weeks) has also long been exceeded, so it has to fit.
This time I trimmed completely wet and I'm really curious to see if that works.
