Hi, being impatient just stresses you out. But yeah, your plants look ready. In the second picture, you can already see some amber-colored trichomes, which is a sign that the plant is ripe because when they turn amber, the plant is converting THC and CBD. I would also check the buds that are a bit lower down to see how they look, and if you find some amber there too, then cut them off. I always aim for about 85% milky trichomes (that's when it has the most THC and gets you high), but everyone has their own preference. Good luck and enjoy your harvest!

ambient airflow is your friend a disco ball motor is the old school solution (they go for maybe USD for a 2 pack), was they spin at 1-3 RPM typically if you have hardcore issue you can leverage UV-A with negligible loss in cannabinoids or terpenes while providing some degree of mold mitigation, although surface topology and shadowing effects mean this is a surface level solution (still quite effective IMO if you NEED it)
