So they actually started to pop out on the 3rd and 4th so now they are heading towards the veg stage 😙🤟So usually with the autoflowers I do some sort of topping or LST when there is at least 5 to 6 nodes however I just saw a video from 420fastbuds saying not to train the autoflowers, can somebody let me know what you think about that? Also usually I soak the seeds for 24 hours then put them in a napkin until I can see the little root stick out but this time I just put them straight in and they all did wonderful.
So with Tropicana cookies I tried the FIM method for the first time and the pound cake and papaya cookies are bent down using LST method. Apple strudel I'm going to leave alone and see what happens!
These plants are doing wonderful! For the Tropicana cookies and Apple studel I fimmed those with good results, I topped the pound cake and the papaya cookies I used LST and mainlining no topping or fim. I also use carbonated water once a week to aerate the soil, the girls love it l, they start stretching up and they're so vibrant
The seeds and strains from 420fastbuds are the most reliable that I have ever grown. I have never experienced a failed germination with fast buds. Here’s a quick update on their progress: most of the plants are now starring to flower.
So 3 of these ladies are currently in week one of flowering by the look of their early pistol clusters, the only one that is still in veg is the Apple strudel because it was germinated and planted a little later than the other 3.
So I used some perlite and put it on each plants top soil to help keep moisture underneath and prevent fungus gnats, also I used some "Mozzie tea" made with mosquito bits or dunks. All are flowering except for the Apple strudel, she was planted later and she's still in Veg. The others are doing wonderful.
