Well here we are, she has sprouted up two days later and so we begin week one. Fertigated 2l of Shogun start nutrients. I've decided to call her Milly. Updates: Day 6 - fertigated 2.5l Milly is looking good, posied for a good 2nd week. Exicted to see what these F1s do, and compare them with the Epsilons I have grown in the past. Day 7 - Milly has really responded to the fertigation. She is now clearly ahead of Katie and Betty who are the same age. Week two begins for Milly, this Milky Way F1 by Royal Queen Seeds. Day 8 growth coming in a little light. Therefore next fertigation I will use week 3 nutes. She's meant to be on the seedling mix for another week, but I'm making a call. Day 10: Fertigated approx 2.5l - I decided to stay with the recommended nutrient regime. Day 11 - Removed some alfalfa. Day 16 - Spotted early N tox on one of the other plants, so I have watered approx 3l with CalMag only with at least 50% runoff as a mini-flush. Will resume fertigation in a few days. Day 17 - Milly is starting to take off. She has responded much better to the training than either Betty or Katie. Day 19 - Happy with her progress! Day 21 - End of the third week for Milly.
