The plants were growing quick and I would soon need to scrog them. The plants were being hand watered at this point but were soon switched onto drip systems. The plants with this grow was to create a sea of green but with large nugs created from mainlining
About now I was doing a week of the lights at 16 hours getting ready to go to 12 hours of light. The plants at this point were starting to run out of nitrogen but I failed to notice until it impacted my grow. Since it takes weeks for the Gaia green I was using to become available I supplemented some organic bottled nutrients which fixed the problem overnight
By now i have given them there dose of flower dry nutrients but I did it a little to late, in these photos you can see the nitrogen deficiency, it slowed progress by about a week
At this point the flowers were really coming in and I was running a dehumidifier to get the rh as low as possible around 50. I would also drop night time and day time temperatures at night it would get down to 60f and up to 74 f during the day. I always find dropping rh and temperature at end of flower is very important. At this point I think they were given another dose of flower nutrients. In the videos you can see me showing a smaller tent, this tent is a week ahead in flower compared to the larger one but is being grown using the same soil and nutrients. There are 2 garlic storms and 1 ogkb in the small tent, the sunset colored one in the photo is a garlic storm from the small tent,(smoked amazing)
This is about a week before chop I’m gonna just make the next week the last because I’m lazy but the plants in the big tent started turning colors and getting ambers only about in the 8th week, I ended up running 10 weeks of flower in the big tent next post I will just show all photos from harvest, I also used a actual camera.
This garlic storm was a ton of fun to grow, I noticed 2 distinct phenos in this strain one pheno seems to lean more towards the GMO. This strain smoked amazing and I pulled 750 grams easily from a 5 by 5 of top shelf gas. Using organics to grow made it very easy. Always feel free to ask questions, the photo of the plant with the black leaves is the one ogkb. Pulled over 1000g from both tents
Garlic storm is an absolute keeper I got many beautiful phenos from these seeds. Smoked amazing, great taste, great high, great smell. But just so that everyone is fully informed that one plant of OGKB the one that turned my fingers purple was definitely the best smoke of the grow. It was stupidly smooth with a delicious taste and a nug that would just turn into pure thc when you tried to grind it. Feel free to ask any questions I have barely explained the entire grow
