garchol Reduced the light from 24h to 18h after some days because the leaf tips seemed to be a little burnt.

garchol I slowly decreased the distance of the lamp over the first day of week one, reaching 600PPFD on day 12. This beauty developed well during the first two weeks so I topped her on day 16. My tent is only 120cm high so I always need to to some height management.

garchol Very nice growth without any stunning after I topped her. On day 20 I started with some LST and she took it well. Light is still at 600 PPFD.

garchol Applied 90g of flowering nutrients on day 25 after I discovered the first signs of pre-flowering. She handles the LST very well and looks beautiful.

garchol The plant grew a lot of leaves and as we‘re about to enter flowering, I decided to do some defoliation and increased the light intensity over a couple of days up to 850…1100PPFD and 50DLI, depending on the branch. Since day 36 the plant is now in bloom.

garchol Everything’s fine so far. The plant is looking great and takes up the space it gets. Stretch is just perfect and very manageable.

garchol She’s now in week 3 of bloom and the buds start to thicken up. As the buds need light and air now, I bent down some of the outer branches this week at day 47 to give the canopy more space. She took it well and takes up the whole 60x60 surface now. Smell is rather weak yet.

garchol We successfully completed week 8 and things are starting to get interesting. The buds have grown significantly in size over the last days and the smell has gotten much stronger. I think I also need a new air filter… The leaves did some coloring in the past week which makes this beauty look even more handsome. I optimized the air intake of my tent this week by replacing my one 100mm tube with two 130mm 3d printed light traps so breathing is much easier now and the vent can run a bit less fast.

garchol Week 9 and the buds are getting thicker and thicker. And what an amazing color she has! Trichomes are still a little underdeveloped (all milky or clear) so I decided to give her another week. I’m aiming for a nice body effect with this one so I definitely need some more amber ones. Smell is amazing so far! Very sweet and „blueberrish“ with a hint of mint :) really looking forward trying this one!

garchol Done with week 10 and I actually thought that I will be able to send her into darkness for some days today before harvest. But despite very thick buds she still has no amber trichomes yet. I’m gonna give her three more days with light followed by three days of darkness. After that I have to harvest her because I’m going on a trip for some days. Fingers crossed for this beauty! I’m very excited what the scale will say in the end because those buds look heavy…

garchol Getting closer but not quite there yet. Still looking for some more amber trichomes. At least the clear ones are becoming fewer while the amount of white ones raises. Buds are very thick now and the smell is amazing! After the daily trichome check the magnifying glasses smell deliciously sweet and creamy like blueberry ice cream. Gonna leave her in her normal light cycle until I‘m happy with the trichomes.

garchol Finally after 82 days the trichomes looked just as I like them so I sent her into 3 days of darkness before I cut her. She's now hanging in the tent and drying in between 17...18°C / 62...64°F and 55% RH. The climate outside is just perfect at the moment so I can keep the temperatures in my grow room low, simply by keeping the window slightly open. I think a little bit more than a week will do - I'll keep you updated ;-)

garchol After 10 days of drying I finally found the time to trim her. Some of the lower side buds were a little underdeveloped and fluffy but most of the buds had a decent size and density. With a turnout of 120g (4 1/4 oz) dried buds w/o trim on 0,36m2, yield is slightly below the fastbud strain description but still far above my expectations as a rookie grower - which enables me to pick out the nicest buds and dispose the rest of my harvest ;-) I will post a smoke report after curing.
