Ixxtabb First time grower using a home designed recirculating DWC system. Soaked 2x Mataro Blue and 2x OG Kush overnight before planting in peat pellets. 1x OG Kush sprouted after 3 days, transferred to net pot once taproot was visible.

Ixxtabb 3rd node is coming in fast, and the root system is well into the water already. Increaded the nutrients to .5tsp/g, according to GWE's RDWC feeding schedule but still aiming a bit lower for now until she tells me what she likes :)

I'm considering topping her today, and was wondering if it's a good time for it. Is there any advantage/disadvantage to wait a bit longer? She seems to be quite healthy and growing noticeably every day. I'm in no rush at all, just hoping for best results as a first grow. Thanks!

You can top now after the 4th node , it will increase the secondaries stem growth and make a bushy plant. You will have multiple apex instead of one and you will be able to manage an even canopy to maximise your grow space. If you,'r not in a rush it's perfect , you'll lose a week or 2 or maybe less
