Decided to try out zkittlez auto. I always go with straight soil germination, no fancy soaking in water or paper towel method. The seed took about 3 days to sprout and has been getting a little of water everyday at a ph of 6.5
Week 2 of veg and the plant for its first feeding at the end of week 2. I usually wait for the cotyledon leaves to get lighter and then I start to feed. No issues so far
Pretty disappointed in this auto. This is the second time she’s thrown pistils so early. I decided to run her a week weeks ago and the exact same thing happened but I pulled out of the tent. This time I’m just going to let her grow out and see what she does. I will giving her 2 more veg nute feeds as she is so tiny and will see how she responds to it.
STarted in bloom nutes. Let’s see how this turns, not expecting more than 7 grams of this harvest. I feel like the zkittlez genetics are not very stable as this is the 3rd that flowering at such a small size.
Starting to smell like sweet candy and and it’s starting to pop pistils. Might pull her out the tent a little earlier than I want. We’ll see how it goes.
Starting to smell a little more and seeing some trichrome production. It smells a little more like candy gas now and she’s starting to put on some weight.
Done a crazy amount of autos try cash crop next time best one I ever done and yield is good also try nip and twist method during veg you will be pleasantly surprised 😉
@budsfromthesix,can’t fault you there you get a very short window with autos but doable tho gems however I recommend top at least once and nip and twist method beast the hell out them 😉
I haven’t tried Fast Buds anything yet so I can’t speak to the quality of their genetics but... give your auto a little more time. Weeks 4 & 5 are crucial for short flowering strains and they grow considerably during this time. If you are patient... you might be happily surprised at how much larger your plants are by the start of week 6. If overall plant size is the main concern, consider trying a super auto. Try something from a reliable seed company like Dutch Passion. My last grow was 100% super auto and a huge success- literally! Auto’s are amazing as long as you grow the right ones and personally- I think yours looks great so far! Good luck with ur grow! 😀
