High_And_Hydro It’s growing excellently and looks great, just as I hoped and expected. You really don’t need to open the new tent anymore since you can see almost everything from the outside. I only open it at the moment to change or check the nutrient solution.

High_And_Hydro She's growing super well, just as I expected. The sun leaves are getting too big and are covering the lower shoots. So this week, it's time for the first defoliation. I only take off 2-3 leaves at a time, but I do it every 2-3 days as long as it's necessary. Edit: She's growing like crazy, and I've pulled the net and supercropped the main stem. I did it over 2 days because I wasn't satisfied after the first day. The main stem was too dominant and would have caused problems later, so I bent it. Now the whole thing is a bit flatter, but it always looks absolutely disastrous after the intervention. Luckily, she always recovers quickly from it. Tomorrow it will look like nothing ever happened 😨👍

High_And_Hydro This week I set up the net and topped the main stem (Supercrop). She's growing well, but she's not a leaf machine, and the leaves she has sometimes look a bit strange. I'm definitely curious to see how she develops and if I got a different pheno than the first time.

High_And_Hydro This week I pumped out the nutrient solution once to get the rest of the PK13/14 out and refilled it. Then I occasionally snipped one or two leaves when they looked at me funny. It smells very strong now, like stepping into a freshly painted room. Kind of a mix between wall paint and carpet department, but not unpleasant.

High_And_Hydro They didn't turn out to be the thickest buds, but there are a lot of them. She's not putting on any more weight, but the trichomes are still clear and white, so she can still ripen for a few more days. The leaves are now showing senescence and are slowly turning black, so I'll probably harvest her this weekend.

Gorilla Cookies Auto Fast Buds

It was another great grow. The Gorilla Cookies Auto is definitely one of the best auto strains ever. Its smell changed from wall paint-like to lemon sorbet after drying. I am curious to see how it develops during curing and how the hash tastes. It has been drying in the tent for 8 days now, until some branches have already cracked, so I decided to cut the buds from the branches and check. At first, I thought I might have over-dried it a bit, but after about an hour in the closed bucket, the humidity rose back to 68%. So it could have hung for another day or two. Therefore, it is still too early to close the buckets, so I will leave them open until tomorrow and check again. When the humidity has dropped to about 60%, I can weigh them as well. After that, the lids will go on, and then the buds should cure for at least 2 weeks. Twice a day, the buckets are supplied with fresh air for 30 minutes via the air pump. I can monitor and document the humidity and temperature in the bucket with a Govee Wi-Fi thermo/hygrometer. This way, I can check and adjust my curing process and thus continually improve my skill. The bud structure is a bit fluffier, and the buds are not particularly large, but they have many trichomes. So I think I will process a larger part into hash.

High_And_Hydro I divided the harvest into small steps. Drying in whole pieces, removing stems, and then doing a final trim. After that, into the curing buckets for at least 2 weeks, maybe even 3. Starting humidity about 60-62% and target humidity is 58%.

@High_And_Hydro, yes, get excited for her! it is an incredible strain in DWC, grew perfectly, and with a very small light still managed to pull over 100g off the Gorilla Cookies! The best thing about this strain is its resilience to high intensity LED lights. Im using a really intense light, with 3 strains at the moment, and the Gorilla Cookies loves it, where one of them was a little sensitive to the light. Its clear why this is the best selling seed in the world!! @Fast_Buds has been doing great things for years, and this one is their pinnacle in my opinion. You have everything dialed in your DWC, all your levels and measurements look really good! 😍😍😍

Wow @Fast_Buds! That's an ounce for every week of growth... must be some kind of record! I'm actually astounded! Ok, ok, guess I'll be picking up a Gorilla Cookies Auto sometime soon! Well done to High_and_Hydro and Fast_Buds! Killer strain executed pretty awesomely...am also wondering if thoose buds could have fattened up somehow, but either way, this is a great result for 11 weeks from seed! Brilliant!
