Onto week 4 of flower for Sunwest Genetics GSC.
She's still having an uptake issue, whether or not it's a lockout and she's refusing to intake the dry amendment feeds or just a lack of zinc. I assumed for a zinc deficiency but she's still locking up pretty hard. I'll be flushing her out lots in the next 2 weeks before I do another big defoliation to help establish some new healthy growth for her remaining weeks flower.
Took out the trellis for now. She's not deficient, she's root bound ๐คฆโโ๏ธ๐ป. Going to upsize her to a 7g to finish out flower before the weeks up. Hopefully that'll help her clear up the issues by the time she's ready for her defoliation. ๐๐ฑโ๏ธ
She's been upsized into a 25L air pot.
Seems to me a bit heavy on nutrients so early perhaps? Overwatering could be slowing down growth as light clearly isn't an issue... I thought the same with mine so I moved the light a little further away. I'm still only very mildy using nutes at the mo.
@Fruitgrower, I did a half half. 4-4-4 & 2-8-4 top dress for the top of week 2 in flower. I'll likely amend again after 30 days as per Gaia Green Organics recommendation.
@JBOrganix, OK I thought so (still learning myself) that's why I decided to go biomix nutes and as organic and as little as I think it needs. I alternate between water and nute water. But I did add organic compost, bone and fish meal to my soil mix which also had plenty of coco and Perlite in to begin with. Are you using bloom nutes already on week 2?
@Fruitgrower, I did add some liquids and ran into a nitro or potassium toxicity in around mid week 3. They've been on a strict pH water diet for the last 2-3. Last night I topped dressed as per Gaia Greens recommendations.
