Borberad Greetings, esteemed observers of botanical progress at Borberad! We, your researching gardeners, hereby present the beginning of a strictly scientific (with a pinch of gardening clumsiness) long-term study. This time our research subject: Cannabis sativa L. var. Blueberry Automatic, cultivated from the renowned house of Zamnesia.
Expect no dry treatises, but a visually supported journey through the ontogeny of this fascinating species. Through high-frequency photographic documentation (almost daily, of course – the plant doesn’t pose on a schedule) and occasional moving image analyses, we will meticulously document every developmental step. Be a witness to the metamorphosis from the unassuming seed to the potential flower, including all triumphs and – let’s be honest – the inevitable calamities that plague the ambitious grower.
Strain Description: Zamnesia Blueberry Automatic
* Genetics: Blueberry Automatic is a fascinating cross that combines the desirable traits of classic Blueberry genetics with the robustness and quick life cycle of a Ruderalis variety. This genetic symbiosis results in a self-flowering plant that doesn’t bother the grower with complex light cycles. The dominant imprint tends toward the indica side of the spectrum, which is reflected in its growth pattern and effects.
* Size: Don’t expect gigantic proportions. Blueberry Automatic tends to have a moderate stature, typically in the range of 60 to 100 centimeters. This makes it ideal for discreet growing endeavors and tight spaces – But..., we at Borberad have, in a fit of grandeur, decided to plant it in the highly walled and well-secured garden after a little vegetative time in the tent.
* Color: The name says it all! During the ripening phase, the leaves and flowers can take on stunning shades of blue and purple, especially in cooler temperatures. This anthocyanin accumulation is not only a visual feast but also an indicator of ripeness and the development of specific compounds.
* Flavor: The terpene profile of this strain is an olfactory symphony. Expect sweet and fruity notes reminiscent of fresh blueberries, underlined by subtle earthy and floral accents. A true delight for the discerning connoisseur (or the stressed gardener after a day’s work).
* Characteristics: Blueberry Automatic is known for its relative low maintenance and its short lifespan of about 8-9 weeks from seed to harvest. Its resilience to common pests and diseases makes it a grateful candidate for our Borberad experiment. The buds typically develop a remarkable resin production, indicating a potent final yield.

Borberad After the first week of germination in the tent under controlled and safe conditions, the little ones were put outside in 45L pots. Unfortunately, it seems a nasty snail was just waiting for this moment and found its way under the cover of the flowers. Anyway, from here on out, it's only going to continue with one little flower.

Borberad Unfortunately, the second flower has also been affected. However, we've decided to give the snail victim a chance, and it has actually crawled a bit more. Let's see if anything comes of it.

Borberad 1 week of flowering and clearly visible buds. It looks like she wants to thank us for our efforts.
Borberad For the miserable summer and for the survival struggle that the little flower has been through, it's a surprisingly tasty but of course tiny result.
