Hurtcules 🛠️ Setup & Environment Grow Tent: AC Infinity 3x3 with WiFi controls Lighting: Samsung LM301H LED @ 240 PPFD, 20/4 schedule Medium: 70% coco coir / 25% perlite / 5% worm castings Pots: 5-gallon fabric (x4) Climate: 75°F | 75% RH | VPD ~0.6–0.7 🌱 Germination & Seedling Progress March 25: Germination started for 4 Critical Autoflower seeds using paper towel method. March 28–29: 3 of 4 seeds successfully sprouted and will log as Day 1. March 29: 1 seed failed to germinate — a replacement seed was started. ⚠️ Challenges 1 seed failed to germinate (25% failure rate). Slight growth delay in one of the three successful seedlings. Replacement seed created a minor timing offset in the grow. ✅ Wins & Observations The 3 sprouted seedlings stood strong and healthy by Day 7. Early serrated leaves began to show. Media remained evenly moist using pH 5.9–6.0 tap water (~265 PPM). Environment stayed within optimal range all week. 🧠 Takeaways Germination success: 75% Replacement seed introduced slight delay, but overall health looks promising. No overwatering or early nutrient issues — solid foundation for Week 2!

Hurtcules 🛠️ Setup & Environment Lighting: Samsung LM301H @ 240 PPFD → increased to 290 PPFD by Day 16 Light Schedule: 20/4 Temp: 75°F RH: 75% VPD: ~0.6–0.7 🌱 Seedling Growth & New Germination April 2 (Day 9): The replacement seed was planted directly into the top-left pot (no paper towel this time). Main 3 plants: Continued steady development with widening serrated leaves and strengthening stems. April 7–9: The new seedling finally emerged — healthy, but naturally smaller than the others. 💧 First Feedings Introduced Starting April 5 (Day 12), the 3 main seedlings began receiving light nutrient doses: Feeding Formula (Days 12–14): Volume: 300 mL per plant Grow A: 0.66 mL Grow B: 0.66 mL CaMg: 0.66 mL Cleanse: 0.5 mL pH: 6.0 Water: RO with 24 PPM baseline Feeding Formula (Days 15–16): Volume: 300–350 mL per plant Grow A: 0.66 mL Grow B: 0.66 mL CaMg: 0.66 mL Cleanse: 0.5 mL EC Target: ~0.8 pH: 6.0 📌Keep in mind that these feedings are per the volume of RO water to be used. I updated the journal with that conversion in mL/L 📌 The replacement seedling received only plain pH 6.0 water during this period. 🔎 Observations Main 3 plants developed consistent vertical growth, tight node spacing, and healthy leaf posture. Leaf color remained strong and vibrant green throughout the week. No signs of overwatering or burn from first nutrient applications. Light was increased to 290 PPFD by Day 16 to support growing canopy height. ✅ Wins First feedings were a success — no nutrient burn or pH issues. Light was dialed in based on plant growth response. The replacement seedling emerged healthy (though later than expected). All 3 main plants well on their way to entering vegetative growth.

Hurtcules 🛠️ Environment & Lighting Temp: 75–78°F Humidity: 75% RH (stable) VPD: ~0.6–0.7 Light Intensity: Increased from 290 → 320 PPFD Light Height: ~27" above canopy ✂️ Training & Maintenance Topping: April 13 (Day 20): First two larger plants topped. April 16 (Day 23): Third mature plant topped. LST: Began on Day 20 and continued through the week. Plants gently spread outward to promote light penetration and more even canopy. Defoliation: Fan leaves blocking lower growth were removed gradually for airflow and light exposure. 💧 Feeding Schedule & Details Daily Volume: 450 mL per plant (3 plants) Total Daily Mix: 1350 mL Nutrient Dosing (per full batch): Grow A: 1.5 mL Grow B: 1.5 mL CaMg: 1.5 mL Cleanse: 1.1 mL pH: 6.0 Target EC: 0.95–1.0 Target PPM: 500–525 📏 Conversion to mL/L for Reference: Mix was made for 1350 mL total, so conversion to mL per Liter is: Nutrient Amount Used mL/L Equivalent Grow A 1.5 mL 1.11 mL/L Grow B 1.5 mL 1.11 mL/L CaMg 1.5 mL 1.11 mL/L Cleanse 1.1 mL 0.81 mL/L ✅ This was scaled to support controlled vegetative growth while preventing buildup in coco. 🌱 Seedling Care Top-right seedling continued to establish roots and early leaves. Watered with 60 mL plain pH 6.0 tap water each day — no nutrients yet. ✅ Wins This Week Plants responded very well to topping and LST, showing no droop or shock. Strong node spacing and branch formation across all three mature plants. EC, PPM, and pH levels stayed within target with each feeding. Canopy evened out, prepping plants for transition into pre-flower soon.
