Ok so i bought a few grams of gorilla glue from a website on the darkweb. Lovely bud. Had never triedit before but it would be put to great use as a remedy for insomnia or as an anxiolytic when not much needs to be done. I have grkwn bud from bagseed before and it yielded decent results even when grown under poor lighting conditions such as what i have now. I am saving for a slightly better setup in terms of bang for buck, however,i need to get a couple of grows under my belt in order to save enough money to upgrade my ventilation system, before splash out ona 600w MH/HPS setup. Im hoping the 1x kush auto + 2-3x gorilla goue females (once sex'd in early flower) will be enough bud to ensure i can save what i would have out into bud for a couple months. Especially if i can get on top of the whole LST thing a little when growing the GG seeds. We will see but im definately up the for the challenge and am looking forward to it for sure! Will kee p you guys posted for sure. My kush auto seems to have slown growth a little and i dintsee it being a high yielder, im hoping these will keep me going in terms of yield to be able to save my money a little. I started a groe journal somewhere else for the autoflower kush. Im not enjoying the experience there and i always come here to peruse the journals of others so i thkught i would give it a go here instead then hopefully mivrate full time. Thanks!! ***edit**** Oh also, just so you guys know, i have a 200w red spectrum cfl hanging above the kush autoseedling and then im using a 50w bkue soectrum t5 (its actually a SAD ((seasonal affective disorder)) lamp that i was prescribed a couple of years ago for my 'winter blues'. Also iv included a photo of my kush autoflower, she is 4 weeks in but is really quite small. Its turning yellow around edges of leaves so i thought it was N deficiency so i up'd the biogrow feed from 2ml/l to 3ml/l but i dont think that is where the problem lies coz its continueing to show. I also gave it a feed of epsom salts in case it was a mag defic this had little effect on the yellowing. Itmight be a simple case of overwatering maybe? I thi nk im going to lay off watering it for a couple of days to see if thgat has any effect. It s a very small plant at t he mo. Iv never gro wn an indica before only ever grown more tkwards the sativa side of the spectrum so its amazing how short and squat indicas are. Its quite beautiful but i wish i coiuld sort the yellowing!

These puupies are racing along. No problems as of yet. Repotted one of them to a 5l fabric pot was going to do them all but ran out of soil/ space. Going to need to buy some better fitting pots for my 'drobe. Iv seen some that look perfect. I struggle for sideways and backwards space but have loads of virticle so taller thinner square pots will work better for me and i believe the plant growth kinda mimmicks that of its roots so if u have a skinny and tall pot the plants in turn will tend to be taller ands thinner so thats wot im going to try. We'll see!

So this week its become obvious to me quite how important pit size and type is actually. My fabric pot plants are doing much better than the plastic ones, i suspect the roots get better oxygen with easier absorbtion through fabric walls. Makes it difficult coz they obviously need watering at dfferent rates too. Im pretty happy on the whole so far i just want them to show sex so i can cull and crack on now. Dunno wtf is going on wiith the kush auto not autoing lol

Week 3 was fine. Nothing of note really. Some are better than others. Am doing some slight adjustments to my grow cabinet to free up a little space. I made a VERY simple overall plan of what i am doing,so i will postthat now but my phone is broken and therefore, so is my camera so when the ladies are awake, i will post some photos of what i have done. I am hoping it will allow me space to move into bigger pots while i await signs of sex and throughout flower, especially if i get males to cull. Thinking of switching to 12/12 at the end of this week, it might mean im sacraficing yield on the 1 auto i have going but the gorilla glues will make up for it. **UPDATE FRIDAY** So, the plants were switched to 12/12 for t he first day today. I have been adding an hur more darkness a day for the past 6 days until the hours of light match that of dark. Wasn't gettting enough air circulatioon around the plants so i moved the desk fan above the plants again. Seems to be better. also my temps were too high and i had two pc fans knocking about so i decided to add extra output. I plugged the two 120mm pc fans into the same outlet the lights are plugged into. This means it only operates when the lights are on (which in turn brings temps up). Thermometer was reading a high of between 28 and 31 depending on outside weather and plants were wilting and just generally warn out as a consequence. With the extra air out i have it down to a max of 25-28 depending on outside environment. I had extra activated charcoal so have set it up so that air is running through the activated carbon. I ran the fan straight, without charcoal for about a day before re alising the smell of veg plqnts was starting to be noticeable. Only once i was in the safety of my flat, it didnt smell atall outside but better safe than sorry. Now it cant be smelled AT ALL, ANYWHERR! Iv also decided to buy some supplemental blurple LED strips for flowering. I am interest ed in adding extra light of pure red and magenta spectrum to equal out the spectrum a bit. obviousky im running CFL's and a s mall T5 at the moment. Although my 250w CFL is meant to be red spectrum, it obviously is biased towards blue due to the fact iv not experienced ANY internodal stretch like you do when growing, in veg, under a HPS. Now that i have entered flowering i will need more power in a spectrum which is better for bloom! Also i did some LST onthe kush auto because it was WAY too bushy and wasnt getting light towards the lower nodes so i just went in and pulled the plant apart a little to enable more light to reach the lowest nodes.Going to put it on the window sill a nd flower it under the sun for the final coup!e weeks of its life!

weeks been good plants are loving it. All growing really well atm, apart from one which is behind. I have more light of various forms coming. Delivery from china takes a long time, but their COB LED lights and drivers are so cheap and look pretty good for growing under, provided you get the right spectrums. I used to build PCs so i have old CPU heatsinks and fans galore so i am going to put something together. I have 2x 50w COB chips and also 1x30w, the Specifications of all of them are:.Socket:other, Power: 20w 30w 50w, Voltage: AC110V-240V, Led Chip Model: COB integrate, Color Rendering Index:Ra85, Lumen: 980-1680LM, Color Temperature: Warm White 2800-3000K/ cold white 6000-6500K, Beam angle :180 degree, Lifespan:>60,000hrs. I got 2x 50w in the 2800-3000k colour temperature and 1x 30w in the 6000-6500k spectrum. These, along with 2x 2m 2800-3000k usb LED strips with 250 combined lights and another similar one but 3m and in the veg spec. So my general plan for all of these is to do two things, i intend to fortify the 200w CFL reflector im using now with some of the LED light strips, i then intend to build some sort of frame to take up the remainder of the space in my cupboard and to it i will fit the COB that i have attatched to heatsinks, fans and a dimmer switch. I will then add more cobs to this when i get more funds. Most likely full spectrum cobs but i will cross that bridge when i come to it. Im happy with how my plants are at the moment, they look great and are spreading out now which is great. Iv flipped the lights to 12/12 now because i want to know sex and be able to cull males if there are any *fingers crossed* Just cant wait to get more light in there now, dam china takes a long time to send stuff cheaply! Im not marking it as flowering on here until i see pistols or balls though! Probably be a while yet UPDATE its wed eve. Lights were flipped on friday and i think iv spotted a male but not sure. Pretty sure there are tiny little leaf things that looks lie theyl unfurl to reveal balls but i need to give it another day to make certain. Not the beast luckily. Think it was one of the square pots. Oh well, no harm. I need to get rid of something to fr ee up space! Flowering auto looks great from being in the sun. ANOTHER UPDATE: Pretty happy one of 3 cob LED chips i ordered turned up. I have my heatsinks and fans to connect it to but im aware i dont have thermal glue so justwaiting for that. Iv wired up the driver, its only a 30w chip. Ordered it as a tester really, it all seemed waaaay too cheap and waaay too easy to actually work, hence buyingone here and one there when i have a spare £5er. So far so good, the spectrum looks great (warm white) and willl complement the 50w T5 that is very blue heavy for now until the other 100w comes and ill get rid of the t5 out of there and build more of a frame and a few more cobs to get to 250w. This, with the added LED strips im waiting for added into the reflector of my CFL should be perfect! Ifthe cobs do well i will be replacing the cfl all together and use it for something else. :)

SATURDAY All is well in cannabis land. Added a little more light. A bodged together 30w cob, and some supplemental led strips in preparation to switch t he whole lot out for 330w cobs. This grow is being done on a VERY small budget because im still having tok buy cannabis , whicb i use as medicine. When i harvest this lot, then ill be able to start saving for better gear using the money iv saved. Its going good so far. I think cobs for flowering will definitely produce better bud than a cfl.Still no sure sign of sex on any plants, gotta be soon though.been on 12/12 for about 8 days now so should be soon. Would be lovely if they were all females but i doubt it. Ill be devistated if they are all males, but from what iv read they tend to show first and i cant see any definitive balls. We'll c, only time will tell. UPDATE- MONDAY ok so iconfirmed male pre flowers on one of the square pots and i suspect the beast is also male. Theres one spot that looks like it has a bollock but im going to give it another day or two to be sure. Its pretty dam upsetting having to kill 2 of my biggest plants. Bummer, i must say. I couldnt bring myself to kill the beast aswell as square pot 2. On the plus side, i think i also see a pistol on one of them. And its one of the bigger ones, but its one of the not topped one, which is a bit annoying. Im glad i have my flowering auto kush as 'backup'. Think im going to invest in some feminised seeds with decent genetics for next grow. For sure cut out a headache UPDATE 2 - TUESDAY ok so i just chopped another 2 today due to males. On the plus side, i have one definite female also which i was really happy about. It kind of softened the blow of having to kill half my crop - literally! Two plants left to show sex, really hope they're girls. I included a few more up to date pics. I repotted the one female into the biggest pot i had the beast in. Have another the same size so as soon as i see pistols on ang of the other two im going to relot into it. UPDATE - WEDNESDAY OK so lots of updates this week coz they r all starting to show sex. We have 2 females now and one last unsexed plant. Hopefully the last plant will show tomorrow and i can unclench my asshole a little! It would be nice and statistically correct to have exactly half males and half fems. Auto kush is looking wicked. Starting to put some though t towards my next cycle now. I know i want some fem seeds this run, probably lemony and probably a couple high cbd varieties. Hard for me to know when to pop them though because i dont know how long gg will take to flower.should think itll b about another 6 - 8 weeks. Probably when my cobs arrive ill pop some more and use my old light to make a small veg chamber to pop em in for 6 weeks or so until my bud chamber frees up and the cycle starts all over again. YAY 2 LADIES! UPDATE - THURSDAY ok,i think iv finally come to terms with having to kill my males. It was really only the beast i was wounded about killing. I was half considering learning breeding just so they didnt go to waist! Justkidding but yeh. I think i am going to buy a better extraction fan tomorrow. Im using some crappy bathroo m fan and its not powerful enough to pullthrough the filter so thats y i put more pc fans in. Going to get a more powerful fan then i can hopefuly remove the pc fans and seal up the hole. Thats the plan, now i just need to source a cheap centrifugal fan and probably a speed control. Its something i meant to do quite a while ago and just managed without. Also 2 out of 6 more cob lights i ordered arrived. Have mounted on heatsinks but im probably going to wait for the others be fore hookin them up. UPDATE - FRIDAY I kind of like the way i can edit this tex t whenever i want because i can write in it whenever i need then i can look back whnen im done and be able to accurately be able to know when iv done something good/bad. Got home today and the rest of the COBs i ordered had arrived along with the reflectors and lens/covers. They look ok,just makes it a little safer and allows me to be able to touch them if i want or need without risk of elec trocution. They will also reflect a little more light and focus it a little more to make it more efficient. I am plotting to remove the 300 cfl, reflector and 30w cob i have in there and replace them with 6x '50w' cobs wired to a dimmer. 4 of 6 chips are 'warm white' think it was between 3-4k kelvin and 2 of them are full spectrum so it will go a little more 'blurple' in e photos soon, but not totaly and i can cut em off if the girls dont like em. I then plan to use the lights i ripped out to geta small veg area going. Thhis is where i will put my awkward but beautiful kush auto plant for her final few weeks. She is looking gorgeous actually, sheis starting to get pretty smelly and im starting to be able to see some trichomes on the edges of leaves around the buds. She smells really quite fruity. Mmmmmm!

SATURDAY Dammig just typed th all out and i lost it so i doing it again. Finisnedandinstalled my 6x 50w light. Only 5 heatsinks were in my possession so i only used 5 and one of them isnt worming properly so there is 200w or thedreabouts worth of power. Probabky closer to 150. 2 of them are full spectrum so look blurple but one of them is the one thatbroke. Look cool anyway. Plants look awesome. Really starting to look like hairy ladies now. They're beautifu l. Myy auto has developed so slowly overtime that i thought these would do the same but as soon as i saw 1 setof pistols almostimmediately loads shot out. :) Also today i bought a nice centrifugal in-line fan that can handle my carbon filter and some. Second hand, used for one ru n apparently. Annyway it was so cheap, even if breaks its not a great loss. Also it is coming with a speed control so thats good. When it comes iwill usethe pc fans im currently using as extraction to cool the cobs coz they r dammed hot. UPDATE - SUNDAY pretty chuffed with progress. My temperatures appear to have reduced to well within acceptable range. It was hang ing at between 27-28 when i was using the cfls and t5s and its gone down to a maximum of 23 yesterday. Im surprised at this as i actually burnt myself by touching the heatsink of one of the cobs yesterday! Thoughts have been on my next run and what id like to grow. I thk id like to have a go at something a bit more sativa as they are good for my depression during the day, also im in a bit an unusual position where my virticle height i snt massively restricted, sosomething thats tall an d skinny would go well. I think, maybe, what ill do is pop the kali ak seed i have, grow it to a reasonable size, clone it 3x to stick in my current cabinet, then ill probably get some autoflowers in the veg area im creating at the moment. I think if i do this, i will have the selection i need for a daytime smoke as well as a more indica smoke in the autos. I would like to do maybe i couple of strains of autos, one with at least 1:1 cbd:thc. I like the look of fastbuds, mephisto or barneys for the seeds. Definately a good way to get both selection and quantit y. UPDATE - tuesday Realy happy how theire coming. Buds forming everywhere now. Changing my lights out has dropped temps and with my new fan (when it comes) will drop it even more.I THURSDAY starting to see trichomes being produced now. Going to invest in a cheap jewelers loupe. Kush is at ten weeks now, dont think shell takeall that much longer 2-3 weeksi think.

I'm a little late with my update this week due to my being ill. In fact i think its the first time i went more than 24h without checking on them! They're fine. Started the flush for the auto super og kush. Shes looking and smelling beautiful now, fruity yet earthy. Cant wait to harvest her.about a week or so. There has been quite a few yellowing leaves so i just plucked em and will continue to do so as they appear. The glue girls are beautiful, really frosting up now. Almost dripping oil. Another 3-4 weeks i reacon. Got my new Can fan but havnt been well enough to instal it yet.

So I got a new phone which inevitably ended in bud porn. Figures eh? No particular order to the pics but the camera is obviously a lot better but they r still a little striped at times. The auto is finishing up and it halfway through flush now. Am awaiting a 40x and a 60x jewellers loupe to come so I can check the trich's. The GG'S are much more frosty to the eye but the kush smells so pungent when I squeeze a bud and smell my fingers. So very oily. Yum My new can fan is so much better than what I was using before I have much more leeway with my temps. I think if decided for my next run I'm going to start probably 6 plants. 3 photos and 3 autos. I will start them all in an 18/6 tent then I will move the 3 photos out to the flower tent when these glues are done and finish the autos in the veg tent. Easy way to maximize yield from my space. Will buy some seed when I'm next paid. Ok well I harvested the kush auto. Thoroughly enjoyable but it really shows that it was grown under a cfl and on a window sill the majority of its life. Much less pungent than the gg girls. Its hanging in my bathroom which is a pretty consistent 20°c and about 50% rh. would ideally have liked to cooler than that but it'll do. Speed dried a couple buds in the oven. Couldn't resist. Tasted like hay but got me stoned lol

saturday - Week has been fine. Harvested my super OG kush auto by pyramid seeds. All good, is drying in my bathroom currently. The GG ladies look way better than it ever did though, amazing what a difference COBS for flowering makes. They arnt even good COBS, they are rubbish bodged together Chinese chips that cost like 2.50 per chip but such a vast improvement for flowering. they are oozing trich's now. This will probably be the last week of giving notes for these plants then a 2 week flush. From previous GG grows iv seen it's about an 8-9 week flowerer so I'm hoping 8 weeks will do it coz I have to move flats soon! Luckily where I'm going has a perfect grow room that's bigger than what I'm using atm. Will probably just section it into 1 large area and one small, one flower room, one veg. Looking forward to that for sure. Will keep updating as things come up but less comes up now really. Just waiting for it to finish now really. Update - tuesday Was just hanging out with the ladies and i realised. I'm seriously impressed with the 4 x 50w cheap chinese COB LED's. Having harvested the auto i grew mainly under a CFL, the difference between that plant and these is just night and day. Considering i spent no more than £12 on my lights, it is pretty incredible. Now im not saying these cheap cobs are as efficient as the more expensive samsung and cree cobs BUT the trich production on these is beautiful. Even if these lights all conked out and died after this rounds harvest and i have to pay another £12 for another set i w ould still be winning ( that hopefully wont happen.) Im looking forward to expanding a little bit in my new flat and am glad i can atleast go one run with cheap lighting and use that harvest to invest in some better more efficient cob chips. :) Incredible really... Update- Wednesday So if just been hanging out with the ladies and I noticed that plant 2's ( middle plant) pistols have gone orange. Looks beautiful. Nice to see its coming towards the end I must say. Still waiting for my jewellers loupe to check for trich development but I'm pretty certain I'm going to start flushing as next week starts and aim to have be harvesting around week 12 Update - Sunday Am waiting for my lights to come on so I can do my weekly update along with photos. I'm really excited as I plucked a popcorn bud early, around the time I harvested the auto and dried it. I tested it in my vaporiser over the past few days and I'm seriously impressed. I was quite worried when I harvested the auto and it wasnt very good. Its amazing how different this small immature bud tasted compared to the auto. I made butter from the auto instead. It was ok just weak so I added it to some other bette bud and made coconut oil.

Si it's been a pretty good week. Getting very impatient at the moment. Trying not to dwell on my plants too much, I just need to leave them to finish maturing. Iv pretty much started flush now for 2 weeks so that will take me to the end of week 8. Update - Monday So my thoughts have been drifting towards the next round. Iv been writing a list and so far Iv decided I want to explore organics further so will most likely be amending my soil with dry amendments such as different meals. I also would like to make better use of microbes so I will most likely be using at least recharge. Hopefully mammoth p also but I'll buy that one as I need it further down into the bloom phase. Something else I also really want to try next cycle is the use of other crops to help with IPM and also help feed the soil. Two I have decided to use already are basil, which is meant to be great for keeping bugs away and also garlic. I want to try and use crops that I will also want to eat that's why I decided on garlic. I'd also really like to try and grow a couple vegetable plants alongside my cannabis but I am a little unsure of which plants will also grow happily with the same light cycle as cannabis. IRS a bit of a strange light cycle for here in England so I'm unsure of what to grow but I'd love it if I could grow some squash, corguettes or aubergine. These are my staples for my diet so these would be incredibly handy. I am about to move so will have a dedicated small room or large walk in cupboard, depending on how u look at it. I would love to be able to make slightly better use of the space and if I can feed myself even a few times from them as well as them improve my cannabis via post resistance and resin production (they use companion crops in lavender production to raise essential oil production) then it seems silly not to do so. It will be I interesting to pick out cover crops for my 12/12 larger flowering space, but also for my 18/6 space to grow alongside the autos I plan to grow in there. Obviously different light cycles will let me do different plants. I think it will take more initial planning on my part, but I feel once I have it all dialled in after 4 or 5 runs it will be a lot cheaper and much more sense sustaining. If anyone reads this and knows of any decent potential companion crops I can use please message me. Like I say garlic and basil so far but have heard beans are a great way to get lots of nitrogen in the soil so they might be a good one for the 18/6 tent. Also I was thinking and I'm a little unsure of when I'm going to want to harvest so I've decided to leave a week between harvesting each plant. First one will be pulled this weekend at week 7 of flower then week 8 of flower for the next and the last will be week 9. That way I can sample over the coming weeks and decide which I prefer for the next cycle. Update - Tuesday got my jewelers loupe today but i think im going to buy a usb microscope instead, as its really difficult to hold it steady enough for long enough to be able to tell whats going on with the trichs. i tried to shoot a few pics through it on my phone with limited success. I think there are about half trichs cloudy atm, maybe slightly less but like i say its hard to tell. Update - Friday Ok well yesterday i caved and harvested and hung plant 1 of 3. Couldn't resist. Now that I have this one to fuxk about with I'm less inclined to want to bring the others down. Smells unbelievable pinot, fruity and skunky. Have just used a cardboard box with lines strung through the top to hang from. The plants were so small and had no side branches so I had to tie it to the stem from the lines. Not a lot on it I dont think but the main cola was pretty chunky. Interestingly the topped plant had more tops obviously and also has some mad side branching that's at the same level as the main colas and they are all about the same size as the one cola on the non topped plant. I half expected it to just be double the size of the topped but less of them. Note to self for future reference: Always top plants Use bigger pots

Well well well....beginning of week 12. Gone very quickly to be honest. I have no scales of any description so I wasnt able to weigh my harvested plant 3 while wet. Will be buying scales when i next get paid so i can weigh the rest of it once dry. Just oven dried a very small amount on as low heat as I could get it. Put the dial just under 50°c and left it in for 10m. It has been hanging for 1 n half days roughly so was a little drier than fresh. I just couldn't resist and Iv nearly run out of medicine iv bought from other growers so yeh. Figured It would help with my restlessness with regards to the other bigger plants and stop me chopping prematurely. Will do more photos of the other two girls when the lights come on this evening and will write a little about the smoke from the flash dried. Hell's if it tastes that bad I'll use it for edibles Update - Monday All is much the same as it has been. Smoke from the harvested plant is ok. I kinda ran out of bud so have been working my way into the plant I harvested. Whoops!

Not all that much change this week. Continued goldening of pistols. The ones on the topped bigger plant arnt all going gold as quickly as the other. Majority of trich's are cloudy on both of them now. Smells beautiful. The time Is definitely coming for the chop! If not tonight then tomorrow I think that'll b 9 weeks flowering I think. God dam I wanna hack em down but I'm hesitant. I want to chip em together because I can use the cupboard with filter for hanging and just basically unplug the light BUT one plant is super ready and I dont think the other bigger one is quite there. Decisions decisions....

Really enjoyed growing this. Not sure if it was gorilla glue to be honest. All I know is that's what I was sold the bud that contained the seeds as. Smells slightly sweet and fruity so it's probably not. Either way it is lovely bud. Super dense and really quite frosty considering I was using rubbish cheap Chinese lights that I cobbled together for about £20. Absolute night and day looking at the bud grown under this then looking at the cfl bud. I will enjoy this bud once its dried and cured. Will check back in with a dry weight and will add some pics of us using the bubble bags. Ok well it was 21g that I weighed from two plants but I think it would have been an oz and a but with the small plant I sampled first. Also I had a few buds early speed dried. The bubble hash is really interesting. Only a very small amount but it tastes amazing. Nice minty aftertaste. All in all pretty happy and looking to get it dialed in over the next few runs.
