Since your plants had some rust spots back during vegetation I would assume this is a cal-mag deficiency, if not it could be a root issue, I would recommend hydroguard for that.

I'm doing my first experience in indoor, I'm growing 4 plants all flowering and I'm carrying in vegetative a white-widow in a 1.5 liter jar and then sending it in bloom when the others have finished.
I installed a 600w meihzi LED and I have to say I'm amazed! for his light and how they grow !.

This all depends on what medium you are growing in? Coco etc
I grow in clay balls, my flush is just 48 hrs. I use a product called Fawless Finish. It's the nuts.
