She looks normal. In 1 or 2 weeks, when she has more leaves her growth will increase. Are the 0.7 l per 24 hours or do you give her 0.7 every 4 or 5 days?

@bubby, less! Check the soil befor you water. When the First 2 or 3 cm are dry,then you can water them
