Trainwreck Auto 420FB

Nealio_Hydro Week 1 started 5/10 when they fully sprouted so my germination section has a few days of week 1 in it as well. 5 Gallon bucket with 3.5 gallons of RO water. 150PPM of Veg juice from the HowWeedGrow guide. CaliMagic 200'ish ppms to the RO water. Tap Root has about 3 inches to go to hit the reservoir so I'll be top feeding the reservoir water into the net pot over an empty bucket to reduce the runoff going into the reservoir until the roots hit the water. Tap roots have about 2-3 inches to grow. I put 1-2 inches of hydroton down into the net pot. Made a 150ppm veg juice 5.8phed RO water with some calimagic and a swirl of Orca formula and put 50-100ml of the formula around the 1-2 inch base layer of hydroton in the net pot. Rehydrated the rooter with the formula. Added the rooter and filled in with hydroton. Took another 50-100ml of the formula and squirted it around the new hydroton by the sprout.

Nealio_Hydro Still just waiting for the roots to hit the reservoir as of 5/20. Will update this section at the end of Week 2 with more detail. As of now shes just doing her thing.

Nealio_Hydro Roots were not visible from the net pot on 5/20. On 5/21 the roots were growing out the bottom. Roots fully in the reservoir on 5/23 and a steady increase in growth rate has followed as seen between 5/25 and 5/29.

Nealio_Hydro There is a whole lot of hassle free growing going on here with this auto. I have been very pleased with her progress and growth.

Nealio_Hydro Noticed preflower pistils this morning and jumped her up to the veg and bloom juices 80/20 mix. I have weeks to go but can already tell this one is going to be one big gorgeous lady.

Nealio_Hydro 6/6 Trainwreck competing for the biggest in the tent but falling short by a few inches of Frostbanger. Still a gorgeous, easy going plant to grow so far. 6/10 I did a skirt clean-up for better air flow, trimmed a few fan leaves for better air circulation, and added a couple bins to elevate the plant to the same level as the rest.

Nealio_Hydro After a busy 3 weeks I finally have time to update the grow journal. Trainwreck is an absolute beast. She is getting me excited for a reunion with a strain I haven't had for over 15 years. Added the trellis on 6/23 and they are growing more out and less up over the days that followed.
